Cons:

Mucho ruido en las noches. Constantemente están moviendo o hacindo algo en los pisos y se escucha con gran claridad, puesto que las paredes, algunas, son de panel. Muy incómodo.

Pros:

La habitación amplia, limpia y prolija.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento en el baño sobretodo y algunos implementos en la cocina como por ejemplo vasos. Un detalle menor pero sirve. La reserva era para cuatro pero la habitación estaba preparada para dos por lo que tuve que reclamar , lo bueno que respondieron rápidamente y lo solucionaron trayendo todo lo que faltaba.

Le bruit de notre chambre. Car nous étions un étage en dessous de la piscine. Pas facile pour s’endormir…

Highly recommend- Ciqala Suites Hotel
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming,It was a lovely experience , the room was very spacious and comfortable, the location is quite convenient, I would gladly recommend to person's traveling who are looking for hotels in San Juan, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is very good, and there is free on-site parking, making your stay more comfortable. For breakfast, you have to order it the previous day, and they will deliver it to your suite at your preferred time in the morning. It is good enough. There is a minibar in the suite with reasonable prices. There is a free beach shuttle too. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room could be cleaner. The toilet sink was clogged. The roof top poor is not really a pool. It's very small, and there are no benches or anything. It's a tub surrounded by the restaurant/bar tables.
