Excelente ubicación y atención, pero con un inconveniente de facturación posterior al check-out

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la atención del personal, tanto durante el check-in como en el check-out, fue excelente. Además, cumplieron con mi petición especial, lo cual aprecié mucho. Sin duda, un detalle que marcó positivamente mi experiencia.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia se vio afectada por un cargo realizado a mi tarjeta de crédito después de mi salida del hotel. Al contactar al hotel para cuestionarlo, me informaron que correspondía a un supuesto consumo del minibar, aunque nunca realicé ningún consumo y, de hecho, esto fue confirmado al momento de mi check-out.

Posteriormente, me indicaron que debía contactar por correo al Sr. Agosto, Gerente General, para que el cargo fuera revisado. Sin embargo, han pasado casi 15 días y, a pesar de haber enviado varios correos, aún no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni solución.

Es lamentable que una experiencia que, en general, fue muy buena se vea afectada por una situación como esta y, sobre todo, por la falta de seguimiento y respuesta por parte del hotel.

BIEN UBICADO Y COMODO
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excelente, fácil movilizarse incluso en transporte público hacia el viejo San Juan. La zona de la terraza aunque pequeña es agradable, la piscina es pequeña pero sirve para refrescarse. La habitación es estupenda, cama supercomoda, tiene nevera y cocineta para hacer un par de alimentos. Habitación bastante espaciosa. El personal agradable aunque poca información te dan sobre tours y demás, pero bueno eso lo buscas en internet. El desayuno es delicioso.
Te generan un cobro de 200 dolares que te reintegran un par de días despues de que sales del hotel. La relación precio calidad, es alta, pero en Puerto Rico, todo es así, costoso.

Poca información sobre tours y algo de ruido en la habitación que da hacia la calle.

Muy buena, volvería y lo recomendaría.
Pros:

Personal muy atento, cuarto cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. El desayuno muy bueno y en el tiempo pedido. El desayuno puede ser totalmente incluido, pero hay algunas cositas que tienen un costo adicional. Aún así muy bueno y razonable, solo que no lo esperaba.

Cons:

Las sábanas están desgastadas. Tienen oportunidad con la ropa de cama.

Staff was great, tile floors meaning they clean it very well. Smelled really clean

Cons:

Could sleep the last night. Restaurant in top of us making noises like rolling carts rolling down a ramp & slamming against the walls, that lasted until 1:30 am. Every noise made in hallways is heard in the rooms. Good luck with parking. Seriously small lot & it's used by people going to the restaurant
