Pros:

Relatively close to restaurants, shopping areas, entertainment areas, the beach, historical sites, etc. Great location.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient.

The breakfast service was great- healthy, filling, tasty. And having it delivered to the room was a great touch.

Good deal of communication (via text and forms) for everything. Never had to wonder about schedule for things or what was happening with a request.

Cons:

My shower had an issue with the mixer in the shower. I should've reported it but my days were pretty packed and before I knew it, it was time to leave.

My biggest issue was with BOOKING.COM and not the hotel. I've been a loyalist to BOOKING.COM for some time but this particular booking has me reconsidering that. I found the exact room almost $200 cheaper and BOOKING.COM refused to honor the price match provision they have. I had to engage in great deal of back and forth and still, they haven't matched the price seen and screenshotted from Hotels.com. And they just stopped answering my emails. Real awful experience and left me questioning BOOKING.COM's integrity as a platform. Thankfully, the hotel experience trumped an AWFUL booking experience.

Nice but...
Pros:

Staff was phenomenal, from front desk to housekeeping, everyone was super kind & efficient.

Cons:

We had a suite by the elevators & all day & night they sounded awful. Also people would talk, laugh & it sounded very loud, acoustics. When booking, ask to be as far from the elevators as possible. We got breakfast included & it's room service, that was nice, but the portions are really small; we certainly prefer buffet breakfast. They have 2 parking places, don't park in the one at the hotel, extremely small, park outside at the other parking. Lastly, the bathroom had whirlpool bath, nice, but it was so tall & awkward that my husband had to help me get out each time. The sink had the faucet really short & was difficult to use, took pictures of that. But the staff was wonderful & the room was big & spotless clean, comfortable bed & pillows.

Big and beautiful room. Clean and had everything i needed

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. I did not sleep well. The electric socket exploded and the the hot water pipe in the shower had too much pressure that it shook and made a loud sound

Cons:

Pool is tiny. Locals come to the pool bar deck and i couldnt enjoy the skyline because i didnt make a reservation and there was no seating. Final price different from booking price $$$. Just put the final price tired of being deceived.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast service. Limited options but meals were tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations and suggestions about things to do near by. A great bonus was that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to Condado beach inclusive of beach towels and chairs.

Cons:

Our room sould have been bigger very cramped space especially if shared by two people.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la atención del personal, tanto durante el check-in como en el check-out, fue excelente. Además, cumplieron con mi petición especial, lo cual aprecié mucho. Sin duda, un detalle que marcó positivamente mi experiencia.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia se vio afectada por un cargo realizado a mi tarjeta de crédito después de mi salida del hotel. Al contactar al hotel para cuestionarlo, me informaron que correspondía a un supuesto consumo del minibar, aunque nunca realicé ningún consumo y, de hecho, esto fue confirmado al momento de mi check-out.

Posteriormente, me indicaron que debía contactar por correo al Sr. Agosto, Gerente General, para que el cargo fuera revisado. Sin embargo, han pasado casi 15 días y, a pesar de haber enviado varios correos, aún no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni solución.

Es lamentable que una experiencia que, en general, fue muy buena se vea afectada por una situación como esta y, sobre todo, por la falta de seguimiento y respuesta por parte del hotel.
