We would stay here again. the room and location were as expected.
Pros:

Room was small but clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed; fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer
Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient
Location was easy to access and close to places we were going

Cons:

The room needed some repairs, the soap dispenser fell off the wall, a repair to the wall was poorly done
The breakfast was almost non-existent, nothing was stocked except the coffee

Pros:

When I got there, was greeted by the staff that had the best attitude and professionalism! They answered any/all questions I had about my stay with them. The room was very clean and the bed was rather comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker and microwave were in good working order. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but it is appreciated. There's nearby restaurants to get a hearty breakfast, Chinese, pizza,etc. There's also a major grocery store (Wegmans) that you can many things incase you forgot to pack them. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again!
