Pros:

Hector and Juan are spectacular! The hotel is in a wonderful location overlooking the malecon We stayed for one night during Carnival. They went above and beyond to help with everything. The hotel is traditional and well maintained. There were lots of people at Carnival but the hotel is very safe

Highly Recommended in La Paz B.C.S.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here often & it is just fabulous! The staff are wonderful, easy check in & secure parking garage. View of the Sea of Cortez can’t be matched! Suites are spacious & it’s in the heart of the incredible La Paz Malecon/ waterfront. I’ll be back for sure & highly recommend! ❤️✔️💯

POSITIVE:
Great location, one block from the malecon.

NEGATIVE:
Room appears to not have been updated in at least 20 years. Photos of the unit are misleading, the photos show the unit more cozy and in good shape when in reality it is outdated, super old including the appliances, didn't use any of them but the fridge since they were stained and unsanitary.

We found a couple roaches during our stay.

The owner is a bit too much IMO, he asks too many questions and he may just be trying to be friendly but it can be quite unconfortable.

The unit being way overpriced was our belief after we stayed there, honestly feel like the nightly rate should have been half of what we paid. Also felt a misled by photos when booked, the actual condition of the unit was dated, old, under par. Other than close proximity to malecon I left dissapointed of the unit, would not stay there again.

Family trip.
Pros:

Kid friendly , pet friendly . Right next to the marina ,but not on the marina. Close to all the resturants. Nice location , and parking is secured.
Family own hotel. You do need to take water , full kitchen to used.
Overall great place to stay.

The complete package
Pros:

Hector was super welcoming and was very thorough with the check in process. He continued to provide support and local knowledge through out our stay. The view was amazing. Building had local charm and was located near many convenient businesses. I don’t write reviews, but Hector and his wife deserve the accolades. Highly recommend.

Great location 1/2 block to Malecon
Pros:

Hotel is a bit tired and needs TLC.Great location, large 2 bedroom suite.The room over all was clean however kitchen could use a good scrubbing and coffee pot needed to be tossed.Pool was clean but again pool chairs needed cleaning.
