Wspaniały pobyt na weekend. Byliśmy z małym synkiem. Strefa SPA, śniadania przepyszne. Cicho, czysto. Przemiła obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja, duży parking na miejscu. Idealne odpoczynek.
Ogromny plus za łóżko dla synka- nie turystyczne, tylko zwykłe, drewniane z pościelą. 11/10

Cons:

Mieliśmy nadzieję na przyjemny pobyt, ale niestety – rzeczywistość trochę odbiegała od oczekiwań.
Zaczęło się od próby rezerwacji – przez telefon nie chciano uwzględnić niższej ceny dostępnej na Booking.com. Szkoda, bo liczyliśmy na bezpośredni kontakt i może odrobinę dobrej woli.
Prawdziwa “gościnność” pojawiła się rano. Przyszliśmy na śniadanie o 7:30, nie wiedząc, że serwowane jest dopiero od 8:00. Nie dość, że nikt nie poinformował nas o godzinach, to jeszcze partnerowi zabrano jedzenie sprzed nosa, jakby właśnie planował je wykraść z kuchni. Atmosfera przypominała bardziej stołówkę z internatu niż hotel.
Podsumowując – potencjał jest, ale zdecydowanie brakuje podejścia do gościa i elastyczności. Miejmy nadzieję, że w przyszłości standardy się poprawią.
