J’ai apprécié le fait que mon animal de compagnie soit le bienvenu, le préposer à l’accueil a été accommodant. La chambre n’était pas en tapis.

Cons:

Il y a eu de la confusion pour la facturation, j’ai été en mesure de recevoir la facture de frais supplémentaires pour mon animal soit 25,00$, mais je n’ai pas réussis à recevoir une vraie facture pour mes remboursements de dépenses, j’ai seulement reçu un courriel de la part de Booking comprenant le montant du séjour, l’établissement m’a mentionné ne pas être en mesure de m’envoyer la facture complète de mon séjour en me mentionnant que c’était à Booking de le faire, hors Booking me mentionne quand à eux que c’est l’établissement qui doit me fournir la facture… Bref ambiguïté entre Booking et l’établissement. Je n’ai pas reçu à ce jour une vraie facture.
