Very nice hotel with a lovely garden and two big swimming pools + two hot tubs. There are live shows, a cozy relax area and the staff was very welcoming

Solides Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal in jedem Bereich.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Auswahl an Speisen bei der Halbpension.

Cons:

Matratzen waren zu hart (mein Empfinden). Lage an der vielbefahrenen Straße war manchmal störend.

El personal es amable

Cons:

La calidad de los productos del desayuno es regular, tienes que pedir servilletas y te las dan contadas, todos los productos están a granel no sabes la procedencia del yogur por ejemplo, ni de la leche, la limpieza del comer mala, el suelo sucio de la noche anterior, las tronas de los bebés las tenías que limpiar tú, casi siempre manchadas.
La habitación limpia el día que entramos pero el resto de días parecía que no limpiaban.
Un hotel que no se merece las 4 estrellas que tiene, instalaciones muy antiguas, calidad muy muy justa, la relación calidad precio muy mala

Basic-kwaliteit voor een basic-prijs, wat het eigenlijk wel eerlijk maakte.
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met ruime openingsuren.
Ook het avondbuffet was zeer uitgebreid voor een zeer kleine extra kost.
Mooie, afgesloten zwembadfaciliteit.
Faciliteiten zijn ook zeer uitgebreid (fitness, massage, etc...)

Cons:

Kamer was eerder klein met een terras zonder view en zeer weinig stopcontacten.
Personeel was wel vriendelijk, maar naast het Spaans was communiceren dikwijls zeer moeilijk.
Kamers waren verre van geluidsdicht en er kwamen soms rare geluiden uit de badkamer wanneer er elders werd doorgespoeld of gedoucht.
