Pros:

En general el hotel está bien. No pongo 5 estrellas por los precios de las bebidas en la cena.. encima que ya se está pagando un dinero por una media pension y demás.. te obligan a consumir bebida en la cena y te sale a 4 euros cada bebida... lo cual me parece una barbaridad.. además de que tampoco tienen mucha variedad de bebidas a ofrecer.. quitando eso, el hotel está bien, echaba en falta alguna mesa de billar y la ubicación capaz recomendaría ir mas hacia el sur de la isla, pero tienen un servicio de shuttle que te acerca un poco al centro de puerto de la cruz. Algo que me parecio extraño es que no tuvieran animación ni actividades diarias como he visto en otros hoteles, pero si tienen shows por la noche que estan entretenidos. La comida estaba bien y variada cada dia tanto en el desayuno como en la cena (incluyendo algunas cenas tematicas). El wifi es muy malo, no se puede hacer nada con el. De resto, la atencion es buena, en recepción, restaurante y demas, son muy amables

Good value for money, friendly staff and amazing location.
Pros:

The rooms are very cozy and the sea view from the room was phenomenal. The staff is really friendly. The location is great as it is very close to the city centre - you can access it by foot or by car. The views from the hotel are great also - from one side you can see the city centre and the sea and on the pool/bar side you can see the volcano peak. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options so you can find something for everyone. The pool area is nice, very clean and we had no problem getting an empty sun bed even in the middle of the day.

Cons:

The WiFi did not work very well in the room (for some reason it only worked in the bathroom). The bathrooms need some updating - the bathtub in our room was very narrow so it was a bit hard to shower comfortably and without getting the whole bathroom floor wet. Parking spots are quite hard to get late in the evening - but that is not the hotel's fault.

El personal maravilloso. Solo por eso vale la pena. Pero además el hotel está muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Lo peor es la ubicación. Si quieres cerca de la playa, este no es tu hotel. Si no te importa un paseo de 20 minutos/ media hora, está bien. Lo malo las cuestas de la vuelta pero el hotel tiene transporte que te acerca.

Gyönyörű környezet, finom ételek, kellemes pihenés.
Pros:

Nagyon szép és igényes hotel, a kert gyönyörűen gondozott, a medencék pedig tiszták és kellemesek voltak. A szobával is teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk, minden adott volt a kényelmes pihenéshez. A félpanziós ellátás különösen pozitív élmény volt: változatos, bőséges választék, és minden étel nagyon finoman volt elkészítve. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk!

Cons:

Egyetlen apró hiányosságot tapasztaltunk: a szobában nem volt bekészítve kávé vagy tea, amit egy ilyen színvonalú hotelben szívesen vettünk volna. Emellett egy minibár is praktikus lett volna, akár térítés ellenében is.

L’hôtel était très propre et les piscines tres chouettes. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

Les lits n’étaient pas du tout confortables. Pour une chambre pour un couple, vous avez deux lits simples rapprochés ce qui est très inconfortable pour dormir à deux. Un des deux lits grinçait énormément (au point de me réveiller la nuit). Chose que j’ai dite à la réception. Ils m’ont dit qu’ils viendraient changer les lits et personne n’est venu malgré mes relances. Je suis assez mécontente de ce côté.
