Schönes Stadthotel mit tollem Pool/Garten und schönem Ausblick auf den Teide und das Meer
Pros:

Gepflegt Anlage mit schönem Garten und Poolbereich, alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Essen war Qualitativ sehr gut.

Cons:

Die umliegenden Straßen sind nachts etwas laut wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber kein Problem.
Der Kaffee beim Frühstück aus den Automaten war nicht wirklich genießbar ebenso die Säfte

Reserve un habitación estándar con mi hijo de 15 años y me dieron un habitación para discapacitados fatal cama bajo 20 cm de suelo ducha sin mampara con silla para personas con minusválido .Gracias a una señora muy cariñosa ella nos cambió y se pidió perdón por la actuación de su compañera

Pros:

Todo el complejo de la zona de la piscina y la comida muy bien

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien durante mi estancia, excepto un incidente con un camarero durante el desayuno buffet.
Al retirar varios platos de mi mesa, me hizo un comentario sobre si necesitaba más platos con una actitud que percibí como claramente molesta y poco amable. En un primer momento pensé que se trataba de una broma, pero inmediatamente después fue a comentarlo con otro compañero y ambos miraron hacia mi mesa, lo que me hizo sentir señalado y bastante incómodo.
Posteriormente entendí que el comentario podía estar relacionado con el uso de varias tazas. Sin embargo, esto se debió a que la máquina de café no funcionaba correctamente y tuve que realizar varios intentos para servirme un café en condiciones.
Considero que la actitud del camarero fue poco profesional e inapropiada. Independientemente del motivo, un cliente no debería sentirse juzgado o reprendido por utilizar la vajilla necesaria en un servicio de buffet. Fue una experiencia desagradable que no se corresponde con el nivel de atención que esperaba de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
