Péssimo
Pros:

Área da piscina.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha AC, apesar do que diz no anúncio. O pequeno almoço péssimo, com alimentos de pouca qualidade e pouca variedade - não havia sumos naturais por ex., o WIFI não funcionava no meu andar (3o), apesar do que diz no anúncio o hotel não tem ginásio, staff muito pouco profissional e mal educado, não tem máquina para aquecer água nos quartos, pedem 1€ por um copo de plástico que se tem que levar para a zona de piscina. Em suma, péssima experiência de hotel e nada correspondente a um hotel que se diz de 4 estrelas.

El hotel tiene buenas vistas y está bien situado para coger un coche y explorar la isla de Tenerife

Cons:

La habitación individual está descuidada. El interior de ambas partes del ropero olía demasiado a humedad, como a bodega, y está situada en una zona del hotel como mucho ruido, por la zona de la maquinaria

Excellent, love it, we’ll always come back here. Perfect hotel.
Pros:

We’ve just been to this hotel for the 4th time. We love it there. Great breakfast, rooms, staff, hot tubs, and pool area. The rooms are all large and clean, great bathrooms, and lots of nice little touches like the pool bar lunches and happy hour.

Cons:

The only thing we don’t love is the machine coffee in the buffet breakfast. You can buy a nice coffee at the pool bar which we usually do after breakfast, because the buffet coffee is really not nice.
