Las habitaciones por su amplitud, vistas, baño, el buffet de desayuno, las piscinas y el jacuzzi y los jardines.

Pros:

BIG comfy bed, decent sized room, good sized pools & plenty of sun beds, good evening drink selection.
Very clean, staff were all very nice.

Cons:

Pool could have been deeper - 1.2 wasn't able to swim in it properly.
Evening entertainment was not great but nice to have something rather than nothing.
Breakfast - average & mostly cold but they are catering for the masses.

Tornerei a puerto della Cruz ma non in questa struttura
Pros:

Bella struttura ma mancano vari servizi

Cons:

Personale alla reception poco disponibile poco qualità nella colazione .. acqua non disponible in frigo ( a pagamento ) andare al piano inf per comprare una bottiglia a 2 euro .. un giorno non funzionava siamo rimaste senza acqua parcheggio sempre difficile da trovare

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, fora da confusão mas ainda assim perto de restaurantes e lojas. O espaço da piscina é muito bom e o interior do hotel bonito e confortável.
Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos podia ser melhor. Durante os 5 dias em que estivemos hospedados apercebemo-nos que limpam apenas o básico.
O pequeno-almoço, apesar de ser bastante variado, podia ter melhor qualidade.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zudem waren die Angebote, die man dort nutzen konnte sehr toll (gratis Minigolf und Tennis spielen). Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Abendessen entsprach teilweise nicht unseren Vorstellungen, jedoch variiert es jeden Abend, deswegen war dann doch immer etwas sehr leckeres dabei!
Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr sauber.

Nos sentimos a gusto con el personal, la comida, y lo que más, fue la limpieza, las instalaciones muy buenas.

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la zona de piscina.

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15:30h para disponer de la habitación habiendo llegado al hotel a las 09:00h ya que volamos de madrugada. No pido tener una habitación disponible a esa hora pero sí algo más temprano.
