the stay at Puerto Palace was absolutely amazing!
Pros:

the food in the restaurant, specially for dinner was amazing- a lot of seafood, a lot of vegetables, various soups...
the view from the balcony.
24/7 reception - everyone so friendly.
also plently of space nearby the swimming pool.

Cons:

there could be at least some water dispensor during the dinner (that you do not have to pay extra for water - but for other drinks - it is normal :) ) .
the water in the swimming pool could be a bit warmer...

Pros:

Сподобалось місцерозташування, їжа, завжди чисто та прибрано, гарна територія, багато зелені та ящірок. Є джакузі, басейни, можна відпочити і поплавати, якщо океан трошки для вас прохолодний.

Cons:

Трошки застарілі меблі в номерах, але на це не сильно зважаєш увагу. Шумоізоляція не на високому рівні, тому сусідів було чутно.

Pros:

Todo, el personal y su atención fue de 10, las habitaciones cómodas y amplias, la comida del buffet muy rica, pero sobre todo los accesos con carrito fuimos con un bebé y esto es lo que más nos resultó

Cons:

Quizás por poner alguna pega los precios de la cafetería en la bebida/café un poco elevados para gente local y que la piscina infantil queda más alejada de las principales

Very underwhelming, would not stay again
Pros:

The pools were lovely, the jacuzzis were great. The breakfast was a great selection and the bar/lunch area was very nice. The bar staff were great! Very friendly!

Cons:

The welcome on arrival was terrible. The reception staff definitely favour the other clientele over the English speaking ones. We were barely given any information...did not tell us about the check out time, only where breakfast was. They also didn't tell us that you had to pay for the safe.. until we got up to leave that evening and couldn't use it.. very inconvenient. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. No Information booklet in the room which is very disappointing as we thought that was why the reception staff were so short. Honestly this stay was not worth the money. Also it does not say on booking.com that the beautiful rooftop area that we were so excited to go to is a NUDIST area. The area for mini golf is extremely ran down. Also very few parking spots in their car park, maybe 8-9. Yes there is on street parking but it is not always possible to get a spot nearby
