Cons:

C'est très sale ! Plan de travail de la cuisine collant, celui de la salle de bain pas nettoyé, beaucoup de poussière partout dans l'appartement.
La table est une planche de 40 cm de large, collée contre le mur. Pas très confortable pour manger.
Le logement est vraiment très petit pour un appart'hotel. Ça fait la même taille du chambre d'hôtel style ibis budget, sauf qu'il y a une mini cuisine dans un placard.

Le lieu vivant autour, un bon matelas

Cons:

Les odeurs de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain, la saleté des joints de douche. Il a été précisé que c'était surclassé gratuitement mais nous n'avons pas de critères si logement de base. Il manquait le cache pile de la télécommande.Le petit déjeuner m'a semblé plus cher que celui de l'appart city de Blois .
