Pros:

Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Strassenbahhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Ein Edeka Supermarkt ums Eck.

Cons:

Wenn man nach vorne raus ein Zimmer hat dann könnte die fahrende Straßenbahn etwas stören.

Bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement de l hôtel était parfait pour les différentes activités prévues. Le personnel a toujours été accueillant et de bons conseils. Et le petit plus le lien par mail pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre afin de pouvoir sortir sans s encombrer des clés

Cons:

C’est très personnel mais le matelas était trop mou et je n ai pas bien dormi.
Le prix assez élevé pour les services proposés.

Cons:

La struttura vetusta nell'arredamento manca completamente di personale. Il check-in è fatto tramite una macchinetta posta all'esterno e cosi pure viene effettuato il check out. A parte il personale della colazione, l'hotel è deserto. Sembra più un Airb&B che un hotel. La domanda in tal senso sorge spontanea: ma se ci fosse un incendio e dato che tutte le porte sono comandate con l'elettricità e un badge di apertura che fine farebbero gli ospiti chiusi dentro? Trovo assurdo che non ci sia veramente nessuno a presidiare. Gli arredi sono vecchissimi. La zona è centrale e per lavoro è ok ma per un soggiorno privato lo sconsiglierei.

The person at the recieption was nice.

Cons:

The main issue is that the quality of the hotel was far from its price. For 100 I’d not probably complain, but for 275 euros on just average October workday outside the city center you expect the floor, doors, walls to be clean an a real 160/180 bed.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Lage mit der Straßenbahn vor der Tür optimal für uns.
