Pros:

Wij waren er voor een summer event . De liggjng can hwt hotel ligt super goed . 20 min lopen naar de binnenstad, 5 min naar de Köln messe. Een klein winkelstraatje op 5 min lopen waar je op zondag kunt ontbijten. En genoeg restaurantjes om ‘s avonds een hapje te eten .

Schönes Zimmer und mehr Platz.

Von Abend bis zu Früh findet kein Lift. Ich muss 5 Stock draufgehen.

Check in automatizado pero complicado
Pros:

Buena ubicación. La ventaja y desventaja es que no hay personal y no hay contacto alguno. Te mandan un código y tienes que hacer una cuenta y poner tu correo, después te dan un código a través de su portal. Y es mucho ir y venir, pero bueno, funcionó para obtener la llave.

Cons:

El proceso para obtener el código de ingreso es complicado, pero funciona. Tratamos de contactarlos por booking para preguntar si podíamos hacer check in un poco antes y como no hay nadie ahí, tuvimos que esperar a las 3 en punto para poder ingresar con los códigos que nos dieron. No hay contacto humano, nunca vimos a una sola persona a quien se le pudiera preguntar algo o decir buenos días.
No nos gustó la limpieza, el baño en general era pequeño y no muy agradable el olor. Pero ok para una noche

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen

Die sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Es war fast ein bisschen schäbig. Mehr als einfach. Das Wasser im Bad im Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Aus dem Duschkopf spritze das Wasser auf alle Seiten.
Personal war nicht da, im Treppenhaus lagen kaputte Pflanzen herum.
Der Preis war viel zu hoch für dieses Zimmer.

Die Lage.Gegenüber dem Bahnhof Köln Deutz.S Bahn,Bus und 5 Strassenbahnlinien vor der Tür.

Cons:

Fernsehen ging nicht,kein Safe,Rezeption ab 14 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt.Wlan Passwort nicht zu gebrauchen.

Die Lage dirket am Bahnhof von Deutz und die LanxessArena war nicht weit weg

Cons:

Da gibt es für nur auffällig aber es war nicht wichtig für uns das es nur Ausländische Fernsehsender bekamen

Es ist rudimentär und hat doch einen eigenen Stil. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Es ist sauber, alles funktioniert (offtime-Checkin etc.) Von Fliesen bis Lampen wirkt alles, als wäre es über Jahrezehnte auf dem Flohmarkt gesammelt, aber es hat trotzdem einen eigenen Stil.
Es ist rudmentär, aber alles Nötige ist da. Die Lage ist perfekt für geschäftliche Treffen.

Die Rezeption war nur bei der Abreise besetzt und als ich den Briefkasten für den Schlüssel gesucht habe, hat sie mich wie einen "KZ-Insassen" behandelt ... Das hat das Bild des Aufenthaltes sehr getrübt ...

Das Hotel hat sicherlich eine gute Lage, Nähe zur Arena, zum Bahnhof und kleinen Restaurants, aber ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Sehr unhöfliche Begrüßung von Frau mit kurzen dunklen Haaren. Zimmer stickig und völlig überhitzt. Kein Kühlschrank kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und bei 39° Außentemperatur keine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator. Badezimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Duschkabine ekelhaft dreckig. Keine Möglichkeit, nachts das Zimmer runter zu kühlen, weil Türen nicht offen stehen dürfen aufgrund von Brandschutz, sind nahezu erstickt in dem Zimmer. Modriger Geruch im Hotel wird mit Zitronenduft übertüncht.
Nach dem das Bad auf unsere Aufforderung gereinigt wurde, roch das ganze Zimmer nach Chlor, unerträglich um dort zu schlafen, sind vorzeitig abgereist.
