Dirty and Smelly
Pros:

The location

Cons:

This hotel is a complete disaster. Everywhere you look, it's dirty, and there is a terrible smell throughout the place. To make matters worse, the service is nonexistent. I put the 'please make up room' sign on my door, but housekeeping did absolutely nothing. No cleaning, no fresh towels. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

I was very glad to leave as the accommodation was so poor and depressing

The aesthetics very poor, there was no one about to respond to questions. We were unable to use the wifi.

Pros:

El hotel está bien. La habitación un poco anticuada y con algún desperfecto pero correcta, es de buen tamaño y funcional. La ubicación está bien, no en el centro de la ciudad pero al lado de una de las estaciones principales, bien conectada con el centro (5' en tren y un paseo andando) y el aeropuerto. A pesar de tener un bar abajo la habitación es silenciosa.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue el sistema de llegada, tienes que coger la llave de un buzón y no hay recepción por el día por lo que no pudimos dejar las maletas allí unas horas mientras paseábamos.

Wegen meiner Knieverletzung hatten wir kurzfristig umgebucht, setze künftig auf gesunde Knie!

Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Lanxessarena und zum Deutzer Brauhaus.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat sein Alter, dementsprechend sieht auch die Einrichtung aus. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, der Fernseher hat nur eine äußerst eingeschränkte Programmmöglichkeit, das zugesagte Wlan war nicht erreichbar. Die Dame an der Rezeption beim Auschecken war recht unhöflich.

Très bien situé, chouette style mais un peu de rénovation serait top !
Pros:

Nous avions loué une chambre dans cet hôtel car nous assistions à un concert à la Lanxess Arena. L'hôtel était très bien situé par rapport à l'arène et a répondu à nos attentes.
Bien qu'atypique, nous avons apprécié le style de l'hôtel et de la chambre.

Cons:

Bien que la décoration et le style de l'hôtel soit vieillot et que nous l'avons apprécié, je pense qu'ils auraient tout à gagner à rénover un peu : lorsque nous prenions notre douche, l'eau fuitait et se trouvait au sol de la salle bain, près de la toilette, certains "rafistolages" laissent à désirer.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof, Dom und Heumarkt.

Cons:

Die negativen Bewertungen haben sich leider bestätigt. Zimmer 22 hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Da hilft auch die Aussage der Betreiberin nicht, ich solle schauen was ich bezahlt habe.

Das Zimmer war unsauber. TV war ohne Programm. Die FB hatte bereits ein Eigenleben entwickelt. Duschkopf defekt, da kam mehr Wasser am Schlauch raus als am Kopf. Schwarzer Schimmel in den Fugen, auch im Sichtberech, Ausstattung mangelhaft. Es gibt nicht mal einen Kleiderschrank. Im ganzen Zimmer gab es eine freie Steckdose. Am Bett gibt's eine Steckdose ohne Rahmen (also ohne Schutz). Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Und ja im Treppenhaus riecht es wirklich nach Pommesbude. Ggfs. sehen die anderen Zimmer besser aus.

Wenn wir nicht so müde gewesen wären, hätten wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

Das Argument ich habe ja nur 60,- bezahlt, zieht nicht.

Zum besseren Verständnis habe ich ein paar Bilder gemacht (was ich sonst nicht mache, bin sicher nicht pingelig).

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in der Nähe des Deutzer Bahnhofs.
Pros:

Ich brauchte eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht nach einer Party in direkter Nähe. Dafür war das Hotel - inbesondere wegen des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses - perfekt!

La posizione perfetta vicino alla fermata della S BAHN Deutz-messe, vicina alle scuole 10 minuti dove dovevo lavorare. Zona molto molto tranquilla

Cons:

Speso 122 euro a notte per un 5 piano sottotetto con un letto striminzito. Ovvio che mi aspettassi di più o un prezzo decisamente più basso
