Very disappointed, felt like council estate with no staff
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Stinks of weed and piss in corridors, lifts were off and had to take luggage through stairs to level 4.

Pros:

Das Bett war in Ordnung. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Lanxsess Arena auch.

Cons:

Hellhörig, gehört saniert. Wlan ging nicht, Fernseher hat 2-3 Programme.
Dreckig konnten nicht duschen da es echt schmutzig war. Laminatboden kaputt also es war definitiv keine 74 euro wert

If you are here for expo - its an location choice!
Pros:

Location is Amazing, 5min walk to the expo center, 3mins to the train station, 15min walk to the central train station / old town, its close to the river/parks for morning running etc

Cons:

room was ok, but the cleanliness of common areas was barely passable, reception has more dogs than people and the whole stairway/lobby smells accordingly - like a kennel :) Heads up for those who have alergies

Nicht empfehlenswert. Lediglich die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut!
Cons:

Die Atmosphäre war ungemütlich und unangenehm. Aber die Übernachtung hat ihren Zweck erfüllt.
Pros:

Es war nah am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Die Toilette hatte keine Tür. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war trist und ungemütlich.

Ein gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wie zum Beispiel für einen Messebesuch.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Bahnhof, Lanxes Arena und Messegelände und hat damit eine gute Lage. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer an an sich schön und das Bad sah neuer Renoviert aus (Handtücher, Seife und Dushgel vorhanden). Betten gemütlich und sauber. Einchecken ohne Rezeption hat auch super über einen Briefkastencode geklappt.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist durch die Nähe zu Straße und Bahn, sowie einem Restaurant neben dem Hotel etwas lauter bei offenem Fenster. Gardinen und Wände sind durch die Jahre etwas zerkratz/ beschmutzt. Der Stil ist ein eigener, aber auch irgendwie schön. Der Wasserhahn im Bad hat sehr viel Druck und muss mit Vorsicht benutzt werden, wenn man nicht duschen möchte ;)

Pros:

The room was essential but clean.

Cons:

We haven’t seen a single employee (we only stayed one night) no one even asked our documents for check in.
The door to our room was pretty beat, we had to try many times before managing to lock it when going out and it still looked like it would open with a kick, which made me very anxious.
At the entrance and on the stairs there was a horrible pungent smell, luckily not in the room.

Непоганий готель за свої гроші, але відчувається, що зараз у нього не найкращі часи.
Pros:

Розташування чудове. Готель сімейного типу, дуже тихий і чистий. Заселення відбулося раніше зазначеного часу, за що ми дуже вдячні. Після виселення можна було залишити речі.

Cons:

Дуло два недоліки: не працював wifi і в кімнаті не було чайника.
