Hotel bien situé par rapport à mon besoin

Cons:

Près de 1 400 € pour cinq nuits : à ce prix, je m’attendais au minimum à des prestations dignes d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. À la place, j’ai eu l’impression d’atterrir dans un mauvais film des années 80.

• Personne à l’accueil en pleine journée
• Hall exigu et vieillot
• Odeurs de moisissures et de saleté dans les escaliers
• Ascenseur minuscule s’arrêtant entre deux étages
• Éclairage du couloir en panne
• Chambre défraîchie
• Rideau abîmés
• Porte de la salle de bain cassée
• Porte de la douche cassée
• Lunette des toilettes cassée
• Rideaux et moquette sales
• Isolation phonique désastreuse : on dort au rythme des voitures du boulevard
• Pas de lit double
• Pas de climatisation
• Pas de Wi-Fi
• Pas même une penderie

Un niveau de confort et de service totalement indigne du prix demandé. Le décalage entre le tarif et la réalité est tout simplement sidérant. Une expérience extrêmement décevante que je ne recommande absolument pas.

Pros:

Lengvai pasiimėme raktus, jokio personalo nesutikome. Labai arti Lanxess arena, dėl kurios ir atvažiavome, taip pat arti traukinių stotis, yra ir pakankamai parduotuvių ir maitinimo įstaigų aplink. Pakankamai ramu, negirdėjome triukšmo.

Prima für einen Kurztrip oder zum Besuch der Lanxess-Arena. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Knapp 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Messe/Deutz entfernt und 10 Minuten zur Lanxess-Arena. Sehr zentral aber dennoch super leise. Check-In über Safe hat super funktioniert. Zimmer klein aber gemütlich. Sehr sauber. Fenster zum Innenhof.

Cons:

In der Nachttischlampe fehlte die Glühbirne. War wahrscheinlich kaputt und es wurde vergessen eine neue einzusetzen - kann passieren. Sonst alles prima.

Very poor
Pros:

There is no breakfast but the location is great with easy access to public transport.

Cons:

There is no reception and the owner was very rude and they leave their dog in the reception with Lot of bad smell all around inside the hotel
