Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.
Das Einzige, was ungewohnt war: Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn man im Voraus darüber informiert worden wäre, dass vor Ort kein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist. Wir haben etwa 20 Minuten gebraucht, um die Telefonnummern an der Tür anzurufen, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten, wo und wie wir den Schlüssel bekommen.
Außerdem war es etwas ungewöhnlich: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett gebucht, aber in unserem Zimmer gab es ein Doppelbett sowie ein Einzelbett.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Altona entfernt. Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Kommunikation vorab war sehr schnell und gut.

Cons:

Hygiene. Verschmutzte Handtücher, Bsdezimmer nicht gut gesäubert (Flecken an den Wänden und Spüle, sehr abgenutzte Klobrille). In dem Zimmer wurde mal geraucht.

Nahe am Bahnhof

Cons:

Schwierig rein zu kommen.
Zimmer total überhitzt, Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren.
2 Monate später wurde ein Zimmer von der Tochter meiner Freundin angemietet, obwohl ich ihr abgeraten hatte.
Sie bekam gar nichts, kein Zugang, keine Antwort auf E Mail, keine telefonannahme, nichts. Sie müsste sich nachts ein anderes hotel suchen.

Ganz gute Betten, nette Lage aber Problememit Stromversorgung
Pros:

Die Betten waren ganz gut und die Lage ist in Altona sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte stundenlang keinen Strom, weshalb wir keine Geräte laden oder den Föhn benutzen und Rezeption war quasi nie besetzt, und auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit neuer Einrichtung. Rezeption via Telefon nachts angerufen, sehr freundliche Unterstützung beim Check-in!

Cons:

Das Klo war nicht ganz sauber.
