Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was also clean. I also like their staff because they were very hospitable and accommodating. The location is also accessible. In fact, it was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. And I love it.

Disappointing overall, would NOT stay there again
Pros:

Location was ok, liked that a 7/11 was next door

Cons:

Bed was very small ( paid for a delux room and bed was tiny)
Air conditioning was a box unit so you’re noisy and took a while to cool room down
Shower wasn’t very hot
Staff were not accomodating regarding an early checkin/late checkout which was very annoying.

Friendly Staff, Average Atmosphere. Absolutely Amazing Experience Highly Recommend!
Pros:

The staff are very friendly,courteous and helpful. I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to Jenylyn, she's one of the best staff here in NS HOTEL if I am not mistaken she's the one who assisted me during pandemic when I was detained and stay here for a week. She is one of the best workers at this hotel, she is attentive, kind, and above all, easy to talk to.

Cons:

Ha ha ha if the AC its not working properly that's all.

良い体験をありがとうございます！楽しかったです
Pros:

冷房の効きが良く快適だった。ベッドも部屋も綺麗だった。

Cons:

ドライヤーをフロントに借りなければいけないが、一日目に借りる時間が遅くなり、借りることができなかった。次に泊まりに来る人は気をつけて欲しい。

Kwaliteit prijs verhouding zoals mag worden verwacht. Internet moet echt beter worden.
Pros:

Hotel gekozen voor de ligging vanwege af te handelen bezigheden. Personeel was vriendelijk, ontbijt viel tegen gerekend naar Europese maatstaven. De badkamer was prima in orde.

Cons:

Wat me echt niet beviel was de internetverbinding. In de middag nog een redelijk signaal al hield het toen al niet over. In de avond wanneer veel gasten op hun kamers verblijven was de verbinding gewoon slecht. Bleek onmogelijk om een website te openen en b.v. inkomende emails te checken. Ook het telkens opnieuw moeten inloggen bij gebruik van laptop was zeer irritant plus dat dan ook nog eens de browser warmee je inlogde niet meer kon worden gebruikt. Met de smart phone was 1x inloggen wel voldoende tijdens het verblijf

Overall it’s an okay stay for the price I paid.
Pros:

Standard good value for money type hotel. Gym and swimming pools are outdated and don’t look like the pictures. They need to upload most recent pictures.

Great value and would return if ever in Cebu city again.
Pros:

Loved the place, great value, room service was amazing. Had a spa in the basement and have a discount for people staying at the hotel. Overall loved the place, buffet in the morning was great too

Cons:

Wifi was overloaded and cut out frequently.

Ремонт старый , кондиционер шумный, постельное белье синтетика застиранная. Завтрак очень бедный ,овощей и фруктов нет. Бассейн маленький без ремонта.Спортзал маленькая душная комнатка с бедным набором тринажеров
