I liked kind staff good breakfast
Didn't like too cool every where
My stay was good but the hotel has lost the touch on how it used to be 2018 just before Covid - need to improve the customer service .
Enjoyed our family stay, will come again.
Its a lovely place. Only issue was room service keep forgetting to leave towels and other things after cleaning. So everyday we had to call them to come and replace things.
Clean and spacious room with good amenities and economical price. Check-in was fast and pleasant.
It is a lovely peaceful Hotel. Very good sized rooms.

I always stay at this hotel as historically I have enjoyed the hotel location and the people working in the hotel are courteous and helpful, what I have noticed this time is particularly the concierge group are sullen and unhelpful, for instance to call a taxi they actually told me to do it myself!! I did because I had a meeting but they had no interest in assisting me which I found really dissapointing

It was wonderful trip.very short
Booked a night for New Year’s Eve and then extended my stay for another night as I needed to stay in Dubai. They however would not grant me the discounted rate had I booked two nights initially. Also the hotel is not worth 500 AED a Nigh, not sure how it got it’s star rating, there is a lack of quality in the hotel finishing, lack of sockets in the room, a dated phone where house keeping doesn’t answer, poor quality beds.
Was not happy with the attitude and service of the manager Jerilyn.
when I make a reservation I told them I want to higher floor and great view but unfortunately they did not give me a higher level and didn't give me not good view as well and the next day I request again and they said okay they're going to give me a high-level but with two single bed my wife was very upset and we did not enjoy it that much 😔😔😔😔
Most of the cover sheet , pillow,blanket were so old !
The room was dirty with inconvenient condition , some of the pillow cover were teared !!!
Also you could find lack of manager every where...

Dirty old rooms. Bathroom requires major renovations. Not fit for 2 stars.
Good location, the service is also good and attentive, and the standard room is average in terms of size.

A bit noisy if your room is close to the elevators area.
The location is good and convenient. Near the airport and easy to get everywhere. A lot of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Nice staffs and the room is clean. Just need to get improved is the hair dryer which is not strong enough. The rest is absolutely great!
