i like the hotel and the staff but i would not stay again.
Pros:

The staff was really nice. The hotel is good on its own and the rooms are good size and its value for money.

Cons:

There was no lift and i had to climb 2 floors with my luggage. Also the location was terrible. The tiny tiny streets of Delhi CP area and the surroundings.

is OK, I can recommend
Pros:

The hotel is a pleasant oasis in the middle of the noisy bazaar, close to the train station. It is surprisingly large and comfortable inside. The handcrafted design is in keeping with the traditions, and meets the needs of even the most distant traveler.

Cons:

Airconditioning and bathroom was working, however a bit of improvement would be nice.

Luxurious, Comfortable, Memorable & an overall Happy experience
Pros:

The property truly states its commitment of being a Heritage property. The Room was spacious, comfortable & very clean.
The staff at the Hotel was extremely polite, helpful & courteous. Mahi Kaur the lovely lady as a Reception manager was a delightful personality to meet & greet us with a big smile.
Everyone made the stay a pretty memorable one with their great service, hospitality & an upkeep great Heritage property.
Last but not the least the Hotel's cute, adorable & lovely puppy Brownie was a Blessings of smiles & cuteness.

-clean rooms with amazing painted sealings and clean spacious bathroom
-very tourist friendly
-very fast room service for food and drinks
-very good affordable Indian food
-bonus cute puppy (Brownie)
-24/7 reception
-quiet although in very busy part of Delhi
-accept credit card
-good pricepoint for service and quality of rooms

Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay, the room was great

We had book breakfast with our room, and because it was a Sunday, or a holiday, the kitchen was closed so we just got a microwave breakfast. It was ok, but that’s all

Heel mooie gerestaureerd hotel.
De ligging is rustig.
Groot bed.
Heb de indruk dat de eerste stappen zijn gezet om de buurt te verbeteren.
Heel goede sfeer.
Ligging is goed tegen centrum.

Te voet gaat sneller dan taxi of riksha.
We wordt wel als loslopend wild beschouwd.

Cons:

Camere rumorose, la pulizia delle stanze lasciava a desiderare.. cresceva un fungo dietro al lavandino 😑 e c’erano delle bestioline nel lavandino che uscivano dallo scarico…le prese elettriche non funzionavano sempre la tv non si accendeva, la colazione inesistente: un caffè che sembrava acqua di pozzo e un pancake con una banana ( la “colazione” te la fanno pagare cara) la terrazza spaventosa. Le foto traggono in inganno

I like it before the pandemic. But not anymore. Not worth the money.
Pros:

When I checked in on June 7 it was a mess. They were renovating. Room was fine. But everything else was mess. Not even a cup of tea was available.

Cons:

Entrance, the road outside is very filthy. They have cray scan gate but its falling apart. It doesn’t work. They should just remove it.
