Très bon petit dej préparé par sundip.

Lieu est beau et pourrait être très beau. Certaines parties semblent récemment rénovées et d’autres sont complètement défraîchies. Dommage. Attention certaines photos dont celles du bassin sans eaux et avec des plantes à la place ne sont plus d’actualités Mais au final un bon rapport qualité prix
The hotel has a very unique atmosphere – it feels like an Indian palace, with lots of local design elements, which makes it stand out and gives a great overall experience. The location is also a big plus – close to the city center and main attractions.
The biggest advantage, however, is the staff – extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention to the security guard, who was very kind and easy to talk to – he really made a positive difference. The rooftop area was nice as well, with good service and a pleasant vibe.
Cleanliness could be improved – it was acceptable for local standards, but still below what you might expect. Another downside is the way the room is secured – a padlock from the outside and bolts from the inside, which doesn’t feel very comfortable or secure. Also, prices on the rooftop are quite high compared to the overall standard of the hotel.

The breakfast is served at 8am, this is too late when one has a whole day of activities to attain to.
The foyer is beautiful , the pool / water feature would be beautiful if it had water in it , the location is great
The best shower I’ve had all trip , the bathroom was lovely.
My particular room was noisy as it was above the road at the front of the property , it was also quite bright
For the price I found breakfast to be ok
Although I did notice the same food two days in a row and looking rather sad
I was disappointed the roof top was not in operation

Localização - não é um defeito, porque estive em vários Hotéis pela Índia e localização deles são todos iguais: os arredores assustam, mas não senti sinal de perigo em nenhum, depois se acostuma
Lovely helpful staff who are very welcoming. We found the stay comfortable, the breakfasts were in the charming breakfast room which was gorgeously decorated, and the rooftop was the perfect place for relaxed drinks and/or suppers. Would revisit and recommend :)

Prijzen van bijvoorbeeld een taxi duidelijk van te voren afspreken en je daaraan houden. Het werd per dagdeel duurder.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Delhi ✨
If you’ve ever been skeptical about staying in Paharganj, trust me, we were too. Having stayed at multiple luxury hotels, we were a little unsure initially. But since this trip to Delhi was all about shopping, we wanted something centrally located and that’s how we discovered Jyoti Mahal.
And what a find this turned out to be!
The place is nothing short of a spectacle beautifully done interiors, a very warm vibe, and an attention to detail that truly stands out. What really elevates the experience, though, is the people.
The staff and caretakers are incredibly kind and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Bala he goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. While we were waiting for our food, he thoughtfully served papads to keep us occupied such a small yet genuinely heartwarming gesture that stayed with us.
If you’re looking for a stay that blends comfort, charm, and a surprisingly luxurious feel in Paharganj, this is absolutely a go-to place.

Friendly staff very helpful. Our booking said breakfast included but property wanted to charge us for brakfast, when mentioned we booked it with breafast they waived it and we didn't have to pay.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms. The breakfast was very authentic. We had the chance to speak with the owner and this made the atmosphere and our stay very homey. The staff was very welcoming and also allowed us some additional services for free.
They have lots of interesting and elaborate furniture.
The location is one street away from the main local road and this reduces traffic in the area.
Only very minor points. Sound insulation from the windows could be improved. Beds are on the short side for people taller than 1.80

Its a 4 star hotel on booking.com but in reality its a 1 star. Breakfast was everyday the same. I got food poisoning after odering a food from the hotel restaurant and i asked for cheese naan but got something else, when i called the restaurant they told me it would take time that's why they didn't process with my order. I got sick and went to reception at night to asked for a doctor and the guy was not willing to help he just said "go and search on google" and seriously it was very difficulty for us as we are tourist in their hotel, we paid for service but they were never available for me.
The mattress was very hard to sleep and no hot water at shower, they were aware of it but nothing was done.
Lack of lights and need to move your body for the light center as its not available close to the bed.
At last i even asked to talked to the manager but they were still not present when i needed them so why would they be there checkout.
Stayed there for more than one week as i was sick, it was a just necessary for my recovery but very bad experience.
They just don't care of guests only money matters.
The reception we received from the moment we arrived make a very stressful time easier to deal with. So a big thank you to the receptist.
There was nothing we didn't like.
