Cons:

Les closes de la réservation n’ont pas été respectés . J’ai réservé pour 2 adultes dans la chambre donc 2 petits déjeuner . Ils m’ont fait payer des frais supplémentaires

Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels sind sehr gut.
Wir hatten zudem die Freude, die Hotelbesitzerin persönlich kennenzulernen – eine beeindruckende und engagierte Frau, die grossen Wert auf Sauberkeit sowie auf einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Hotel legt.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Personal, insbesondere bei Schichtwechseln, ist unzureichend und verbesserungsbedürftig.
Zudem war es sehr unangenehm, dass das Personal bei nahezu jeder noch so kleinen Anfrage Trinkgeld zu erwarten schien. Beispielsweise mussten wir beim Anfragen nach dem Schlüssel für den Fitnessraum, der geschlossen war, ungewöhnlich lange auf eine Reaktion warten.
Besonders befremdlich war eine Situation, in der ein Zimmermädchen ungefragt in unser Zimmer kam, um uns mitzuteilen, dass sie Feierabend habe, und dabei direkt nach einer Aufmerksamkeit für die Feiertage (Ostern) fragte. Nachdem wir dies zunächst ablehnten, bestand sie darauf und äusserte den Wunsch nach Schokolade, da sie gehört habe, dass andere ebenfalls Schweizer Schokolade erhalten hatten. Nachdem wir ihr schliesslich etwas gaben, verlangte sie sogar nach mehr.

Während unseres Aufenthalts fand eine Hochzeit im Hotel statt, über die wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Dadurch konnten weder die Terrasse noch der Pool an diesem Tag genutzt werden.
Erst nachdem ich an der Rezeption eine Lösung für uns eingefordert hatte, wurde schliesslich ein Tisch in einer abgelegenen Ecke organisiert.

Als das Personal erfuhr, dass wir bald abreisen würden, verabschiedeten sich auffallend viele Mitarbeitende, nicht nur aus Höflichkeit, sondern offenbar in Erwartung eines finanziellen Abschieds.

Will give hotel a very good rating , I had nothing to complain about.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

La chambre était propre dans l'ensemble, et le personnel disponible. La vue sur la ville était magnifique depuis ma chambre. L'hôtel est facilement accessible depuis la route

Cons:

Il n'y'a pas de peignoir ni de pantoufle dans les chambres (uniquement dans les suites), ce qui est un gros point faible étant donné le prix élevé d'une nuitée.

A decent clean and safe quiet environment

I liked that it was centrally located and close to many establishments. I really enjoyed the food from the restaurant, it was very delicious and very economical. The room services, ironing service, and housekeeping was great. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Overall, everyone was mostly very nice, professional, and accommodating. There was a nice clean pool and a beautiful view of the city from the room.

Cons:

They were a lot of insects everywhere but was probably mostly due to the heavy rains (even a lizard one night running around the walls of the room). The elevator didn’t work very well and kept breaking and was very loud. You can even hear it squeaking from the room. One night the large vent near the ceiling even fell off and there was as a loud crash as it hit the hard floor which scared me while sleeping.
