Great value, superb location and views
Pros:

Exceptional location with a mountain veiw and just a couple of minutes from the town centre with all the fun! Didn't expect to have some sort of a deck with benches to drink my morning coffee with the view. Rooms super clean and neat. Definitely good value for the location!

Nothing to think about, maybe the parking area is not very big, but enough for all the guests, it seems

Fantastic if i didn't have neighbours!

Room was super cosy and comfortable, loved the beds and the shower, comfy armchair. Parking right outside in the heart of Waterton Park. The hotel part is a 9/10!

Cons:

Firstly, I understand it's not the fault of the hotel, but my neighbours were awful and made lots of noise between 1am and 3am, which made my stay terrible. The negative point is the handling of the situation. It's not the fault of the young lady on reception who I told in the morning, but the response of "oh yeah that happens", isn't acceptable. Also there needs to be a seal around the door as there is a big gap and breeze comes in easy.

It was a good place to stay for the short time we needed it.
Pros:

The property is in a good location and a decent value.

Cons:

The doors slam very loud and the walls allow sound to travel through so badly. While it’s not the property’s fault the room next to us sounded like it had 10+ people partying until 1:00am, better sound insulation and/or quiet time policies would have been appreciated.

I loved everything about Waterton except for the hotel we stayed at

Cons:

The chairs are dilapidated and look extremely disgusting with visible dirts. I could not sit on the chairs even for a minute. The floors need to be redone. The oven was not cleaned and had crumbs of food everywhere. I expected better
