Helpful staff, noisy room, rustic, not kid-friendly, expensive for regular family.
Pros:

The front staff was very helpful when we needed the loud music to be shut off, which was coming from below our room. Beds were comfy, we could access out streaming accounts on the TV to watch a movie during the evening after a family hike.

Cons:

Room location was above staff work room of some sort where music was playing very loudly, making it difficult to get to sleep. Sink was too high for my granddaughter to reach. Expensive to stay in Waterton overall.

management needs to stay on top of exterior maintenance
Pros:

good location, renovated kitchen, nice common seating area, nice flowers

Cons:

noisy fridge that was constantly running disrupted sleep and ability to relax. outdoor maintenance needed. only one window which faced a wall so room was dim, so photos not representative of the actual room. poor value
