Cons:

Old facility, floors were extremely loud like the people above were going to come through the ceiling. Expensive for what it is

Very poor value for price and overall cleanliness extremely poor. Would not reccommend.

Staff had no idea if room was ready or not upon arrival,, level of cleanliness was not even close to acceptable, non working fan and and no help from front desk when asking for replacement.
It appeared the shower / bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Overall a very disappointing experience for the price. Would never stay again and would never recommend.

Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Very dated rooms. Only a few rooms have air conditioning.
The deluxe room did not have air conditioning, the bathroom had a lot of orange mould in the shower. Overall I found the rooms quite dark & depressing in decor. For the money it was very underwhelming.

Very pleasant. Nice to have kitchenette and outdoor chairs.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Kitchenette and 2 beds are great.

Cons:

Floors weren’t really clean. It’s an old place. Needs coat of paint, new fabrics on chairs etc. showing its age.
