From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that hotel policy requires Muslim couples checking in to produce a marriage certificate upon arrival at the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel's front desk for further information.

Just ok
Pros:

Location is good but the room is small. The shower above the toilet and so narrow for the standard room. Better get the double deluxe room.

Cons:

In the picture showed there is a single sofa in the room but it was not there.

Pros:

The hotel is situated where there are lots of happenings at night.
Food outlet just outside along the road. Plenty of food and it's very convenient.
All within walking distance. Even the Komtar is not far away.
The room is nice. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Only the shower is a bit slow.

Pros:

Location was good, near eateries, bakeries, ample parking space. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The overall condition of the hotel is old and definitely needs reworked. In my room, the water pressure was horrible - made worse when the toilet cistern is refilling, shower slows to a trickle.
Electric shower heater circuit breaker test failed, so as not to risk my family's safety, I turned it off and bathed in cold water. I did ask the staff if there was another Family room but all was occupied.

Comfortable and satisfy
Pros:

Quiet environment. Spotless. Easy to get going. Grab can pick up in front of the hotel. Near to Armenian Street (by walking).

Cons:

No mirror in the room. The only mirror is inside the bathroom.

Great base for exploring George Town.
Pros:

Fantastic location and slightly back from the main road so quieter than you’d think and easier/safer for taxi pick ups and drop offs. Really clean!

Cons:

You could hear other guests quite loudly from our room and no window - but neither a big issue for us at all.
