From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that hotel policy requires Muslim couples checking in to produce a marriage certificate upon arrival at the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel's front desk for further information.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Buena ubicación, habitaciones no muy grandes pero estaban limpias.

Cons:

Llegamos a las 7 a.m después de un viaje nocturno en autobús y pese a tener la habitación lista desde bien temprano no nos dejaron entrar antes… la chica fue bastante seca y mostró indiferencia frente al no rotundo de entrar antes a la habitación.

Pros:

Location was peak, room was also clean and comfortable. The staff were also very lovely, friendly, and helpful, from the receptionist to the security and the cleaning service.

Cons:

The charging ports were quite inconvenient, especially in the second-best room. There was only one in that room and it's very far from the bed lol. However, i also stayed in the better rooms and i found the better rooms to be very lovely and the charging ports very convenient.

Great location. Excellent value for price
Pros:

The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. We had the standard room and it is not very big , but everything is clean and functional. For the price, this is excellent value. The staff is friendly. We appreciated having a guardian at the parking since we had our own moto parked.

Comfortable stay at Chulia Heritage
Pros:

Very clean n had that colonial feeling, the stafs/receptionist all very friendly n helpful. Comfortable beds. Very near to many restaurants, all walking distance, carpark, nearby public transport

Cons:

The only thing that needs some changes was the door knob on the floor, which I find dangerous, anyone can trip n fall. Perhaps on the petite deluxe room can change the knob near door handle, please take note

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Really well placed to explore Georgetown. Very clean and set back from the road so very quiet too. Natasha on reception could not have been more helpful. Large room with good wardrobe space. Excellent air con.

Cons:

The bathroom is tiny and to shower you need to move everything out, including toilet paper, as the entire room gets soaked. Also you have to get out of bed to switch off lights!

Stones throw away to great food
Pros:

Close to all the amazing food George Town has to offer. Staff was super chill.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was a bit hard to keep fully dry. Perhaps a rubber floor blade. Bathroom shower head is not detachable.
