Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that hotel policy requires Muslim couples checking in to produce a marriage certificate upon arrival at the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel's front desk for further information.

Great base for exploring George Town.
Pros:

Fantastic location and slightly back from the main road so quieter than you’d think and easier/safer for taxi pick ups and drop offs. Really clean!

Cons:

You could hear other guests quite loudly from our room and no window - but neither a big issue for us at all.

Perfecta localización y relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Cuando llegamos al hotel, pensábamos que nos iba a decepcionar, porque la parte de la recepción está poco cuidada. Sin embargo, las habitaciones cumplieron nuestras expectativas, muy limpias y ordenadas. Las camas y almohadas super cómodas. La localización es perfecta, cerca de bares y restaurantes. A pesar de que no sirven desayuno en el hotel, encontramos uno buenísimo cerca, con café, bollería y tostadas de altísima calidad. Está muy cerca del centro también, a penas 10 min andando. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones estaba al lado de la recepción, por lo tanto se oía todo. La recepción está poco cuidada, pero creo que están en obras y seguro que en breve quedará mejor.
