From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that hotel policy requires Muslim couples checking in to produce a marriage certificate upon arrival at the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel's front desk for further information.

A very good and comfortable stay
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is close by to most of the shops, bars. walking distance. Rooms were clean. I had a very good experince. The first room that was given, had some paint smell and the staff immediately changed the room for me. Very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The kettle is placed at the side table. it would be better if they gave a small area for it. They dont have a hand shower only rain shower. a bit difficult if you dont want to get your hair wet.

Fijn hotel! Top locatie.
Pros:

Fijn hotel, alles op begane grond. De standaard persoonskamer is erg klein, maar na een verhuizing naar een maatje groter een topkamer gehad!
Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer.
Locatie kan niet beter.

Cons:

De kleine std 2pax kamer was echt klein. Ook geen stopcontact vrij om wat op te laden.
1 maat groter maakte heel veel verschil, maar uiteindelijk niet in de prijs, het kostte slechts een beetje meer.

Rooms OK, sections under reno.
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms are clean, brightly lit and newly painted. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Parking is provided which is a big plus point. Front desk staff is cheerful.

Cons:

There are parts of the hotel under renovation which are visible. With the front lobby which has no aircon, the place just looks a bit sad and not as good as the photos. Night security guard seems to like taking photos of guests, a bit disturbing. Easy check out.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel und gute zentrale Lage

Cons:

Kein Tageslicht, schlechtes Internet, extrem harte Betten und der allmorgendliche Rauch im Treppenhaus und später im Zimmer

Good hotel with basic facilities. A simple fuss free stay
Pros:

Room was clean, small and had everything I need need. Very basic amenities, bring your own hair shampoo. Location is awesome, you can walk to most of the famous places of food an attraction. For this price there no big expectations for room. Staff helpful.

Cons:

power sockets are limited, only 2 near room entrance. My room was hot as it was 'baking' in the after noon sun and takes a while to cool down.

Centralt placerede men alligevel stille Ingen trafikstøj eller gadesælger.
Værelserne var simple med der var hvad jeg skulle bruge og de var rent, daglig fik jeg en besked om jeg ønskede rene håndklæder mm.
