Pros:

Happy that the hotel is next to a shopping centre with an impressive supermarket and food selections. On our last day found out there were also mani-pedi, massage and facial services on the 2nd flr! Recommend to try out the beef hotpot on the grnd flr!

Hotel rooms are spacious and really good value for money. Hope to return in the future.

A bit of disappointment
Pros:

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A breakfast was typically Chinese. Practically no other breakfast options. No smalls spoons offered only chop sticks and knifes for butter. There is a huge room for improvement to become a serious business hotel. The most bothering thing was that almost no one in the hotel speaks English.

Spacious Rooms in a Convenient Location — Great Value Overall
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops, with easy road access. It’s also less than two miles from Coco Park. The area feels clean, safe, and lively, with plenty of people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. You can even see parks nearby filled with kids, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed, and overall the hotel offers a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The staff was not particularly helpful when I raised an issue with my booking. They directed me to contact Booking.com, while Booking.com referred me back to the hotel. Although it seemed like the issue could have been resolved on their end, it required a lot of persistence on my part to get a clear response.

Another inconvenience was the noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn’t constant, but you could hear people talking when they were loud enough.

Additionally, there was a noticeable smoke smell in the hallways and occasionally in the rooms, which was unpleasant. Lastly, the air conditioning was not fully functional despite requesting assistance. Given that Shenzhen is generally warm, the room temperature became uncomfortable at times.

Pros:

The hotel is located close to the metro, and there is a good supermarket Hema nearby.

Cons:

The room was very dirty; in some places there was a lot of hair left by previous guests. At this price, the hotel should have a spa complex for guests, but instead there was a separate paid massage salon with a sauna, and it smelled bad. The steam bath also cost extra money because it was not part of the hotel, but because of the smell I did not want to pay for such an experience.
