Convenient location with subpar attention and value.

It’s well located In a safe neighborhood and with accessible avenues. Walking distance to the sports club La Loma.

Cons:

We traveled with a group of friends and they overbooked the hotel and did not respect our friends’ reservation even when it was in the system. The room thermostat did not work properly, and the room was very cold during our stay. The cleaning lady only made the beds and the room was not cleaned properly.

Cumple y sorprende en casi todo
Pros:

Muy buena opción para hospedarse. El check-in fue rápido y sin complicaciones, y la habitación era sorprendentemente amplia, incluso con dos camas todavía quedaba mucho espacio para moverse con comodidad. La limpieza fue impecable, y tanto la vista como los servicios dentro de la habitación estuvieron muy bien.

La regadera es monomando sin señalización, pero nada que no se pueda deducir. Agradezco especialmente que el shampoo y acondicionador no fueran los típicos de hotel que resecan el cabello —un detalle que se valora. El desayuno incluido no es buffet, pero hay varias opciones; aunque sí tardó bastante (30–40 min) en llegar, valió la pena. Como nota: la entrada al estacionamiento está sobre la calle lateral, no al frente, donde solo hay unos pocos cajones al aire libre.

El hotel es bonito, cómodo, limpio te dejan shampoo, jabón, crema, toallas limpias, cobijas, plancha, secadora, agua, café, nuestra habitación tenía micro y frigobar, todo lo básico para la estancia; el personal muy amable, a disposición y respetuosos, nos resguardaron nuestras maletas después del check out para que vayamos a comer ya que nuestro vuelo salía hasta las 5 pm, todo muy bien, lo único es la comida, necesitan mejorar un poco el sazón, y la variedad de los buffetes de los desayunos, las muchachas que atendieron eran nuevas y se atrasaban mucho en ocasiones llevaron bebidas diferentes a las que se pidieron, pero se comprende esa parte, el otro joven muy servicial y con más experiencia.
