According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that one dog of maximum 18 kg is allowed in each unit.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Localização, atendimento da equipe e ótimo café da manhã.
Um pouco de barulho enquanto estávamos no quarto à noite.
Quarto amplo, cama confortável, banheiros limpos com boa pressão de água nos chuveiros. Café da manhã bom. Excelente localização. .
Era possível escutar os hóspedes de cima e dos lados. O hotel estava em obras o que causou algum transtorno. A janela abria para um prédio imediatamente ao lado.

A localização é perfeita, ao lado do shopping e outros pontos de interesse na região.
O hotel estava em reforma, havia barulho e bagunça de obra. A acústica não é boa, se escuta o barulho dos outros quartos. A cama apesar de grande, pouco confortável. Café da manhã sem opções para quem tem restrições alimentares.
