According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that one dog of maximum 18 kg is allowed in each unit.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Localizacao e tamanho do quarto

O quarto é espaçoso, cama e travesseiros confortáveis.
O barulho!! O hotel estava em obras e o barulho começou cedo, nos impedindo de descançar. Ficamos duas noites no hotel, nosso quarto era no segundo andar virado para a rua. O isolamento acústico não funcionou, na primeira noite acordamos às 6h com um caminhão que ficou mais de meia hora parado fazendo barulho. Na segunda noite, o barulho de móveis sendo arrastados começou às 7h e ficou até às 9h, quando saímos do quarto.
O quarto é muito bom
Ótimo atendimento de toda a equipe. Localização excelente em um bairro tranquilo. Fica ao lado do Shopping Pátio Batel e próximo a restaurantes e cafeterias. Dá pra passear bastante nos arredores a pé. Café da manhã muito bom. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.
O aparelho de ar-condicionado do quarto em que ficamos é muito barulhento. Ao ligá-lo em 25 graus, a janela ficava trepidando. Só fazia menos barulho a partir de 26 graus. Por isso, não conseguimos dormir direito. Os móveis do quarto são muito antigos e de madeira escura, deixando o ambiente um pouco triste.
