Un'ottima struttura in una posizione centrale e servita ma tranquilla
Pros:

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Oastbahnhof dalla quale si possono prendere sia i treni regionali della linea S che la metropolitana, o i tram e gli autobus per recarsi in centro città. A due passi, il quartiere Hidhausen, alla moda ma tranquillissimo. e ricco di fascino. I servizi sono ottimi: personale alla reception gentile e collaborativo, un corner aperto h24 con bevande fredde o calde sempre a disposizione, un cortile interno attrezzato con panche e divanetti dove potersi rilassare e/o fare colazione, spazi comuni molto belli ed eleganti, palestra, spazio giochi per i bimbi, bar aperto sino a mezzanotte. Una menzione speciale spetta alla colazione, ricca, varia, che incontra i gusti di una clientela internazionale, con una attenzione non comune ai prodotti senza glutine, e con personale attento, numeroso ma discreto.
Il monolocale è dotato di una cucina attrezzata di tutto per poter preparare dei pasti.
In definitiva una scelta che rifarei e che mi sento di consigliare.

Cons:

Il nostro monolocale, stanza 1010, si affacciava su uno spazio verde accessibile, con tavolino e sedie annessi. Spazio che, se fosse curato, sarebbe molto bello e gradevole da vivere. ma purtroppo era in uno stato pietoso, sembrava un campo di patate incolto, in contrasto con lo stato generale di manutenzione dell'hotel che invece è più che buono. Una svista alla quale sicuramente il management rimedierà rapidamente.

Alles prima, Fitnessraum muss auf Stand gebracht werden
Pros:

Zimmer relativ großzügig, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wasser kann kostenlos aufgefüllt werden.

Cons:

Sind seit drei Jahren Gäste in diesem Hotel, u.a. aufgrund des Fitnessraums. Die fehlenden Hanteln wurden leider seit Tag 1 nicht ersetzt. Die Beinpresse ist defekt.

Pros:

There wasn't a single thing missing! Although it was only a two-night stay, we missed the hotel after leaving. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious, with coffee and water constantly available. The room had every necessity, including a dishwasher and an iron with an ironing board. I was impressed by how quiet it was; you could hardly tell other guests were there. If I return to Munich, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! Thank you once more

Die Lage in der Nähes des Ostbahnhof ist gut, da dort alle wesentlichen S- und U-Bahnen in die Stadtmitte erreichbar sind.

Die Lage und die Zimmergrösse sind perfekt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Bei der Zimmerreinigung mangelt es. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander liegend mit Verbindungstür. Das eine Zimmer wurde gereinigt, das andere Zimmer nicht, obwohl die Verbindungstüre offen stand. Die Hygieneartikel wurden nicht aufgefüllt.. Im Frühstücksraum wurden die Tische nur sehr bedürftig abgewischt und wenn, dann hat das Personal mit einem Lappen die Krümmel nur auf den Boden bzw. auf die Stühle gewischt. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht akzeptabel.

Wir würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser stehen immer kostenlos zur Verfügung . In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Die Lage am Ostbahnhof ist gut zum Erkunden der Stadt und der Umgebung. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Insgesamt gibt es wenig zu bemängeln. Es ist ein gutes und komfortables Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das Elternbett war recht schmal, und in der Dusche war etwas feucht.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war in der ersten Etage zur Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen. Entsprechend konnte man das Fenster nicht offen lassen, sonst wäre es zu laut gewesen.
