Reception Opening Hours :
- Monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00
- Saturday: from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.
- Sunday: 09:00 to 11:00.
Reception is closed on Wednesday in low season. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
WiFi is available in majority of apartments at an extra cost and can only be paid on site with a Mastercard of a Visa card.
- Guests of Le Clos Saint Hilaire have access to the heated indoor swimming pool at the L'Ardoisière residence located across the street (access is available in winter from the Christmas holidays).
- The heated outdoor swimming pool at Le Clos Saint Hilaire residence is open in July/August, weather permitting.
Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the responsibility of the guest. A fee will be charged if the accommodations is not left clean upon departure. An option for 'Final Cleaning except for the kitchenette' can be booked directly at the reception or in advance through the reservation service. L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel, bien situé.
Eau des piscines un peu fraîche
Het terras was vuil. De livingzetel zag er niet fris uit. Het appartement was zeer klein.
El apartamento está muy bien equipado, cómodo y con buenas instalaciones. A la vez que bien ubicado en la zona.
Sin embargo después de haber tramitado correctamente el pago a través de la plataforma, el anfitrión nos volvió a cobrar el importe del alojamiento de forma injustificada. Además, nos acusó falsamente de haber dejado el lugar sucio y sin recoger, cuando lo dejamos perfectamente limpio y siguiendo todas sus indicaciones. Esta actitud nos hace pensar que intenta buscar excusas para cobrar extras de forma indebida. Una situación muy incómoda que no esperábamos.

Appartement avec très belle vue sur le Pla d'Adet.
Appartement ( pas de chance) qui donne sur la rue on entend les jeunes le soir et les moins jeunes le matin …avec les chaussures de ski ! le concept Lagrange ou on fait les lits on défait les lits et on fait le ménage avant de partir on sort aussi les poubelles … bref on ne reviendra pas ce n’est pas pour nous …
We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit.
- The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop).
- Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours).
- Check in process was frustrating.
- Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no toilet paper, etc). We asked the front desk and they gave us a half roll.
- Sheets and towels were provided in a big bag so we had to make all the beds (which I realized later during our trip seems to be a european thing...)
Very well equiped apartament, we had everything we needed. Easy to handle check-in, very friednly staff.
Beds were rather small and narrow, but looks like this is the common size in France.
Location and access to surrounding areas. The staff was very nice. Spacious but basic apartment. Excellent secure parking. St Lary Soulan is a lovely town.
Booked it because it had a pool but then found out after booking pool would be closed. WiFi was charged separately. Cleaning fee can be charged after stay. Needed a bit of updating.

(un rez de chaussée )était très calme , propre et confortable
Séjour fort agréable
Dans l’ensemble séjour agréable dans un appartement agréable, selon le responsable de l’établissement il aurait fallu que je passe par eux en direct pour la réservation avec une vue sur la montagne… À défaut vue sur la rue.
Seul bémol !
Week end parfait à St Lary
Super logement spacieux.
Nous reviendrons sans hesiter dans cet etablissement.
