Hotel centralissimo a due passi dal fiume . Zone comuni molto affascinanti

Cons:

Camera piccola e piuttosto buia. Complicato sistema di ascensori per raggiungere le stanze. Personale non affabile. Deposito bagagli al momento del check-out a pagamento ( solo 1 euro a bagaglio ma non me lo aspettavo da un hotel a 4 stelle)

Stupendo hotel, ma con personale poco attento.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, hotel spettacolare, camere molto belle, colazione all’altezza.

Cons:

Scarsa empatia del personale, attenzione nulla al nostro arrivo in macchina, il difficoltoso parcheggio per scaricare i bagagli non è un problema loro.

No es lo que esperábamos
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. El lobby es cómodo.

Cons:

La habitación es muy pequeña, no podíamos ni siquiera sentarnos en el escritorio porque el espacio de la cama no lo dejaba. La única noche que pasamos no había agua en el baño. El colchón es muy malo.

Weird bathroom choices but a great location
Pros:

Good location with a nice overall vibe, close to the river and easy to get to most things (you will be walking uphill, but you're in Portugal - get used to it).

Cons:

The rooms are quite small with the bare minimum of amenities, and the shower leaked badly if used for more than 3 minutes. Also window into the bathroom is a very strange choice.
