Great location, clean, a bit overpriced
Pros:

Extremely clean, modern and great location

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel there were things missing. A toiletry set for instance. The soap and shower gel in the dispensers were cheap and had an unpleasantly strong flavour. No body lotion. The bar area was dark and uninviting
It felt more like a good 3 stars.
The Irish pub across the street attracts loud drunk crowds

Pros:

Un emplacement idéal, et une literie de très bonne qualité. Des nuits très clames malgré le fait d'être en centre ville.

Cons:

Petite fuite au niveau de la porte de la douche, mais trois fois rien.

Central Porto location with comfy room and super staff
Pros:

The size of our room was excellent.
The location was very central to sight seeing, restaurants and cafes.
The staff could not have done more for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was adequate, however the coffee machine didn't cater for clients who wanted hot tea or hot coffee

We paid for the location and ability to have 3 people in a room, but felt it was overpriced.
Pros:

The location was hands down the best. The breakfast buffet had a very good assortment. The staff was nice enough.

Cons:

The room was good, the bed comfortable but we faced a wall and if we tried to open a window for fresh air we got the fried food smell from the restaurant. Also our room was right by the crossover elevator and there was some noise at times. The lobby and installations were a little more run down than appeared in the photos. We felt it was expensive for what it was, especially not being high season.

Pros:

Unser Maisonet Zimmer waren etwas abgewohnt flecken am Sofa,.. und die Stiege etwas steil. Suit war für uns besser, haben gewechselt. Es war sehr sauber, groß und angenehm aber auch hier begann an einer Stelle der Paketboden zu brechen, da muss mal nachgebessert werden. Insge9samt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

A great location for our visit to Porto
Pros:

The best feature is its location. It is perfectly positioned for easy access to the ferry, and many beautiful tourist attractions. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The property was a little lacking in character and the rooms were a little on the small side. There are sadly no views from the hotel unless you are in one of the water side rooms. I had misinterpreted the photos and thought there was a deck or terrace guests could visit but unfortunately not.
