The location is excellent, close to all and easy access to transportation. The hotel room is good size, very clean. Breakfast buffet has plenty to offer. Staff are helpful.

Pros:

Lovely staff, amazing views from 4th floor and large and varied breakfast.

Cons:

Having to check in after 3pm, so we had a long wait between arriving and getting the room. We went for lunch but a little flexibility would have been appreciated. Plus my wife thought that they could have had our luggage placed in the room when that became available. The latter is a small detail, but it affected her perception/appreciation.

Would recommend, nice hotel.
Pros:

Central location, clean, comfortable room, plenty of places to eat in the area, close to the river, places of interest nearby, taxis opposite. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. But if you have mobility problems, let staff know so you can have a room close to the front of the hotel. It is a large hotel.

Assolutamente da consigliare come struttura di pernottamento per un viaggio a Porto.
Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungo fiume.
Comodissimo anche per il servizio Uber che abbiamo utilizzato da aereoporto a hotel. Struttura nuova, pulita, ottima ristrutturazione, ambienti comuni accoglienti moderni e arredati con ottimo gusto. Camera accessibile pulita e confortevole.

Cons:

unico appunto, abbiamo potuto lasciare il bagaglio nella struttura il giorno dopo oltre l'orario del ceck-in al costo di 1 € a testa. A mio avviso potrebbero offrire questo servizio gratuitamente

Great base for exploring Porto
Pros:

The common areas of the property downstairs were lovely and modern and clean. The rooms were comfortable and everything was clean.

The staff were great and very friendly. The staff at the breakfast buffet especially were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Whilst the rooms are nice and you can tell they were very nice when new, they could do with some updating.
