Pros:

The location was very good and lively. very close to the waterfront. The breakfast was nice. The room was small.

Cons:

the staff member when we reached at 2.30 in afternoon was rude and uncooperative.
did not guide us where to park our taxi and get our luggage as we were 6 people
just kept saying I am all alone here-- though we could see some person at back also.
however later after 3 we were checked in by another very nice lady.

There was water damage at the back of the bathroom door and the room and bathroom though clean could do with some updating or decoration

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the rooms had a great view! Lovely for a short trip

Cons:

Rooms were a little small however we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t really affect us. I did pay extra for a birthday display which was a little disappointing for what we recieved compared to what I paid (wasn’t worth the value).

Top notch
Pros:

The location was perfect, although the hotel is located in a very busy area of Porto, the room was very quiet. Beautiful views across the Douro to Villa Nova de Guia
