An amazing hotel with an awesome location and even more awesome staff. The room was spacious with a modern interior. It is only a 2–3 minute walk to the riverside. You can also leave your luggage there for €1, and the staff kindly keep it for you.

Pros:

Carris Hotel Porto Ribeira è un hotel di grande charme. La hall con i muri in pietra, ospita una ampia zona con poltrone e spazio per rilassarsi. Molto accogliente. Nel bar c'è una bella atmosfera. Bellissima la junior suite dove ho soggiornato per 3 notti. Confortevole, arredata con gusto. Il letto molto comodo. Il fiume si trova a due passi ma l'hotel è in posizione ottimale per non essere infastiditi dal caos che contraddistingue la banchina con i numerosi bar e ristoranti.

Todo impecable menos el tamaño de la habitación
Pros:

La decoración muy cuidada, limpio y demás, una pena porque la habitación era agobiante, una mesilla pequeña, la cama y todo junto, desmerece mucho el tamaño de las habitaciones, al menos la que nosotros ocupamos, casi 150€ por noche con 2 desayunos merece una habitación que no agobie.

Cons:

Ya lo he dicho el tamaño "enano" de la habitación, deberían haber hecho menos y un poquito menos pequeñas

Pros:

Excellent location. Loved how close to the river this was! Right up from the entertainment on the river but room was quiet.

Cons:

We had 3 people in our room, so one twin bed and one double bed. Room felt small. Limited space to put suitcases and limited space around beds.

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful and the bathroom was nice The location was brilliant very close to everything we anted to see could bot have asked for better

Cons:

Rooms was a bit small but that's not unusual in city centre hotels.

Disappointing stay with this Hotel. nothing more to say.

The location was great.

Cons:

The staff were rude, and unhelpful. I personally would not use this hotel. the room was ok, there was mould in the shower also rotting door where water was absorbed by the wooden door. room 229.
