Excellent central location, with everything just a short walk away. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the hotel has a pleasant, classic atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxed and easy place to return to after exploring the city. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient stay in Oran.

Ac was not working in our room. Front desk said they would send a technician but they never did. Other than that the facility was okay! I wouldn’t say it should be a 5 start I would give it a 4 or 3 star. Breakfast had some weird selections, wasn’t very edible.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after spending 10 days at The Royal Hotel MGallery in my hometown, I felt I had to share just how exceptional the experience was from beginning to end.
I arrived at 3am, tired and expecting a quiet check-in, but instead, I was greeted by Yassine, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. Naima at the front desk was just as lovely, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely kind.
Breakfast each morning was something I actually looked forward to, thanks to the great team led by Houari and Karima, and the tall head chef (whose name I didn’t catch, sadly). They made each morning feel relaxed and enjoyable, and the food was spot on.
A huge thank you as well to Assia and Amina from housekeeping, they kept everything immaculate and were always friendly. And I really appreciated Alilou from the security team, he was polite, reassuring, and just made you feel safe.
What stood out the most, though, was the warmth and genuine hospitality from everyone I came across. It didn’t feel like just good service it felt personal. I was made to feel welcome, valued, and looked after in a way that really stayed with me.
To everyone at the hotel: thank you for making my stay so special. You’re a fantastic team, and you represent both the hotel and the Accor Group incredibly well. I’m already looking forward to seeing you again in August.

This is a smart, modern hotel right in the centre of Oran just off Place 1er Novembre. I booked over the phone and the price in Algerian Dinars was very reasonable. On arrival I was offered inclusive dinner for only DZD1500 extra per night, which was also great value. The only downside was that I was the only diner in the buffet restaurant until after 9pm, which was a bit strange. But the food was great, as was breakfast. The only problem I encountered was that the aircon in my room wasn't working, but reception quickly switched me to another room. I had a room overlooking the inside courtyard of the hotel, which didn't have a view but was very quiet.

Coffee machine was not working , concierge and security not professional at all , in addition for 5 stars hotel the quality of the TV is far from standard, reception was good so far specially Okacha the rest look lost and they don’t know exactly what they are doing , but the worst was concierge is like he was talking to his friend in coffee shop however food was good and delicious
I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service
I stayed one night on the beach and 19th of September 24, overall the hotel was perfect compared to the hotels in Algeria, the most important thing I focused on Algeria is the cleanliness which I have no complaint.
The only concern is abut the payment and my hotel hole check in process, I booked through booking.com and hen I arrived to the hotel I payed cash dz25000 for the night, after a week when I returned to Australia I received a call from the hotel but I told them I am sleeping which was a middle of the night , I checked my booking.com account I found a message stating that I didn’t show up and fees may apply, I also checked my Accor account to find out if the booking points has been claimed as I supplied the receptionist with my account number but till now nothing appeared yet, I just called the hotel now and asked for the manger , a lady told me he will call you back, I am waiting now to find out what exactly happened

I was there for three nights, and when leaving, I asked for Bill with all details, including a room service I ordered during my stay.
The lady refused and said the bill will not include it, and that I should have asked for a bill when I got the room service.
Even sending this bill separately to me via email was not an option. I felt like I'm dealing with thieves.
The checkout was also very slow.
This is hotel I will never visit again.
I do not recommend it at all.
