Un hôtel qui n’est pas au standard… un réel souci de management

Une partie du personnel, la qualité de l’accueil est peu homogène

Les vitres des chambres sont très sales… et elles ne sont nettoyées qu’une fois par mois !
Le PDJ n’est pas au standard d’un hôtel de cette catégorie, le jus d’orange annoncé comme pressé est en fait industriel, il faut demander pour avoir coquetiers, petites cuillères, et le personnel en salle semble
Perdu… et très peu formé
Le wifi payant si on ne donne pas ses données… une pratique d’un autre temps, comme de prélever 100€ par nuit en garantie alors que la chambre est déjà réglée c’est tout simplement indécent

chambres très sombres - trop peu de lumière + murs un peu sales et sdb pas tout à fait aussi modernes que sur les photos
