Great stopover
Pros:

Large room. Excellent breakfast. Good location for main roads. A perfect stopover.

Shame the wifi was no working for our stay despite promises that it would be fixed.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au DoubleTree by Hilton Lyon Eurexpo. L’hôtel est impeccable : chambre très confortable.

Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Jérémie. Il a été d’une grande gentillesse, très à l’écoute, compréhensif et toujours disponible. Il a su me faciliter les choses avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bienveillance, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence durant mon séjour.

Je souhaite également remercier Marion et Lucie, qui ont été absolument formidables. Elles ont pris le temps de trouver un arrangement en tenant compte de ma situation de santé, avec beaucoup d’humanité, de discrétion et de compréhension. Leur aide m’a profondément touchée.

Enfin, un immense merci à tout le reste du personnel, dont je ne connais malheureusement pas les prénoms. Chaque personne rencontrée a été accueillante, souriante et professionnelle.

C’est rare de trouver une équipe aussi investie et bienveillante. Merci à tous pour votre accueil exceptionnel. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Clean room, really comfortable bed, nice bar/lounge and terrace too. Staff are lovely and they do a very good breakfast with a nice variety. Dog friendly too! Thank you to the team!

The room was kept beautifully clean - many thanks. The restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgable. The check-in staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the quality of the food served at breakfast though I found the coffee a little bitter. The warm cookies were DIVINE and a very special touch.

Cons:

I found the coffee at breakfast a little bitter and the music in the lift was awful - really depressing and not at all in-sync with the lovely sunny vibe at the hotel.
