Ich komme wieder
Pros:

Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass mehrere Wasserspender auf dem Flur zum Nachfüllen von Getränkeflaschen standen. Gut für die Umwelt und Reduktion von Plastikmüll! Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Eine Waschlotion für die Hände am Waschbecken hat mir gefehlt.

a bit disappointed actually.

The location was good.

Je suis très déçue , arrivé a l'hôtel très tard rien a proposer pour manger, aucun effort pour parler au moins en anglais. La chambre sentait de la moisissure ,les toilettes sales, la douche également, des cafard j'étais obligé de quitter l'hôtel le lendemain alors que j'avais payé déjà tout mon séjour
Soit 10 Jours. J'étais contrainte d'aller a l'hôtel segara hung a senur
Je souhaite justement un remboursement

Cons:

The service was disappointing. When we arrived, we had to ask for help with our luggage even though staff were standing near the entrance. Our request for a smoking room was not accommodated, despite mentioning it during booking.
The bathroom did not feel properly cleaned, and the bedside lights were white and uncomfortable; warmer lighting would be more suitable at night.
Overall, the stay was just okay. The food was fine, but the experience did not meet expectations.
