Pros:

Ruhige Lage, man kann gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, schönes großes Zimmer

Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Es trotz der zentralen Lage recht ruhig.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein, was aber bei einer Übernachtung okay ist.
Der Saft beim Frühstück war Instant, aber das ist ja leider mittlerweile bei vielen Hotels die Regel. Hier spart man aus meiner Sicht an der falschen Stelle. Sonst war das Frühstück aber okay.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war im 6OG. Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet. Das Bett gross und bequem. Zu dem Zimmer gehört eine kleine Terasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Strassburg und dem Dom. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk geslapen in een prima kamer met airconditioning.
Pros:

Uitstekende kamer, goed bed en uitgebreid ontbijt in dit hotel vlakbij het centrum van Straatsburg.
Zeer behulpzaam personeel.
We waren op de fiets gekomen en het hotel had een garage waar ze ‘s nachts konden staan.
We mochten de fietsen zelfs een extra nacht daar laten. Geweldige service!

was pleasantly surprised. A boutique hotel, the rooms are normal size- like big for Europe. the bed were comfortable, bathroom was in its own area. staff was very helpful. would stay there agaon

Comfortable, clean and welcoming
Pros:

The warm welcome on arrival, the cleanliness and also very comfy bed. There was a/c (much needed in summer 2026) a fridge, kettle with tea/coffee and complimentary water. Much appreciated.
The hotel staff were really helpful whenever we had a question and always had a smile and hello or goodbye as we came and went.

Cons:

Although the room was fairly compact, it had everything, including a little balcony with table and chairs from which there was a lovely city rooftop view.
And the hotel is out of town - about a 10/15min walk from the city centre. That said, there are nearby bus and tram stops to the hotel so in the end it wasn't a big problem for us.

La limpieza del hotel, qué estaba todo impecable. El personal de todo el hotel, desde la recepción hasta el personal que atendía el desayuno. Comodidad de la cama, y la insonorización, no se oía nada de la calle, ni de otros huéspedes, incluso el aire condicionado era silencioso.

Cons:

La ubicación. No es que no me gustara, la verdad que el hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, un buen barrio. Pero cuando estás todos los días caminando mucho, viendo cosas por el centro, los últimos 15 minutos desde el centro al hotel se hacían pesados.

Durch ausgesprochen ausgebildetes und zuvorkommendes Personal ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gute Betten und gepflegtes Ambiente. Schönes Lichtkonzept. Badezimmer neu. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

(Bitte nochmal Safe in Zi 55 reparieren lassen)

Pros:

Nice comfortable room with balcony overlooking parts of Strasbourg. Comfortable bed, quiet.
Breakfast was also nice, with possibility to request some cooked breakfast options such as scrambled eggs. Staff was very friendly. Some good restaurants close by.
