La chambre avec terrasse, même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse en février, le personnel chaleureux, le très bon petit dejeuner, la proximité des arrêts de tram et du centre ville, la propreté,....

Rien.
Personnellement, à cause de mes problèmes d' arthrose, le matelas était trop dur, étant habituée à un matelas mémoire de forme... mais c'est un détail...

Everything were top notch and we loved our stay at hotel Lutetia..Its about 15-20 mins walk away to the city center, so location was perfect. The room was quite clean and a very comfortable bed. For two days, we also had breakfast on bed which was really nice. At first, I was skeptical but it was a lovely suggestion and we loved our breakfast on bed.. Bill was also really friendly, and helped us with the parking and giving all the details regarding our stay and travel.
