Erholung pur in einem Thermen-Garten

Sehr gutes Frühstück
Kurzer Weg zum Sandstrand am Meer
Die Thermalbecken und der schöne Garten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt
Zimmer mit Terrasse und Blick zum Meer war erholsam

Hotel di ottimo livello con splendide piscine termali
Pros:

Accoglienza estremamente affabile e gentile delle receptionist (non impiegate ma proprietarie), camere disponibili ben prima dell'oraraio di check in, piscine termali molto ben tenute, contornate da vegetazione verde e rilassante, in un clima tranquillo dovuto al condivisibilissimo divieto di accesso ei minori di 16 anni alle tre piú belle piscine termali; prima colazione top su di una veranda affacciata sul mare e ottimi piatti snack poi per la pausa pranzo

Cons:

Una cosa mancava: un ristorante all'interno dell'hotel, ma i proprietari ci stanno pensando (in ogni caso ci hanno consigliato diversi ristoranti lì vicino, alcuni con sconti per i loro clienti)

10 per il personale , le ragazze alla reception sono molto professionali , sempre sorridenti e pronte a rispondere a tutte le informazioni richieste.

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura non rispecchia il valore pagato più di 300 a notte. I mobili della camera sono arrangiati, in una camera come testata c erano 3 cappelli di paglia, il frigo appoggiato a terra e la doccia molto piccola, i cuscini sono duri e non c'è un materasso matrimoniale ma 2 singoli uniti , abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera ma ci hanno detto che tutte le camere hanno i letti singoli, la colazione è pessima, cornetti congelati e tutti prodotti confezionati , mi sarei aspettato di trovare meno cose ma più genuine un bel cornetto ischitano sarebbe stato perfetto

Pros:

Posizione incantevole, il centro benessere è gestito da una operatrice bravissima, le piscine sono pulite, il giardino fiorito è splendido e profumato.

Cons:

Manca un bollitore o una macchinetta del caffè nelle stanze; sarebbe una piccola spesa per la struttura, ma una grande comodità per gli ospiti. Il servizio di snack bar a bordo piscina è sottodimensionato rispetto alle esigenze.

les piscines sont impeccablement entretenues, le personnel à l'accueil très attentionné
la proximité à pied de la mer, là vue de la piscine à débordement
nous étions en basse saison, là proximité de restaurants en bord de plage

Il soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole e rilassante.
Pros:

la posizione dell'albergo è eccellente vicina alla spiaggia di Citara e a numerosi ristoranti e piccoli negozi. la colazione è ottima. le piscine, come descritto sul sito, molto ben tenute, confortevoli e offrono la possibilità di un vero relax. la vegetazione che circonda le piscine, le stanze e i percorsi è splendida e lussureggiante.

A wonderfully relaxing week
Pros:

Beautiful location and wonderfully relaxed and friendly feel. Great breast and delicious bruschetta and sandwiches for lunch. A whole new thermal pool area has been built since our last visit which is lovely and gives much more space to relax in the sun.

Cons:

Small aspects of the room could have been fixed or be better - the sliding bathroom door didn’t stay shut; the soap dispenser didn’t work properly and the water in the morning wasn’t particularly hot but these were minor annoyances which did not spoil our experience.
