Le prix des chambres affiché à l' hôtel ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons réglé en amont à la réservation deux mois avant: nous avons payé plus de 15 pour cent notre chambre pour 4 jours, soit plus de 100 euros que si nous étions passés directement par l' hôtel.Le patron l'a justifié par le fait que la plate-forme de réservation prenait sa commission et que ce n' était pas à lui à l' assumer, d' où une répercussion sur le client, donc nous 😒! ...À savoir...

L’ascenseur était en panne tout notre séjour , ce qui m’a beaucoup gênée ayant des problèmes respiratoires
De plus un rideau sur la porte de la salle de bain empêcherait la lumière dans la chambre dès 5 heures du matin!
