Bien pour une nuit
Pros:

L’emplacement, literie confortable, produits de douche disponibles, mini frigo, télévision, superbe vue sur la gare depuis le 4ieme étage, bon rapport qualité / prix

Cons:

Pas de parking attitré, on s’est garé deux rues plus loin (attention c’est maximum 5 heures par jour)
Quelques petites finitions à améliorer comme un coup de peinture par-ci par-là.

It was a great value, a great number of beds, and good location for the price.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The man who worked there was very friendly and spoke English very well.

Cons:

It was difficult to learn how to keep the lights on inside the rooms. The room key card had to stay in a slot, similar to how you keep electricity on in a cruise ship room.

A very convenient and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect as it was close to trains, trams and buses. It was also within walking distance of the conference venue I attended- Gent ICC and also importantly, the city centre.
The meal at the restaurant was also very nice. Maybe room service can be considered?

Cons:

Nothing. Absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Heruntergekommenes Hotel in guter Lage und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, ist jedoch dennoch ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal sprach sehr gut Englisch. Da ich zu früh kam, konnte ich meinen Koffer an der Rezeption abgeben.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren in dem Hotel sind aus billigem Pressholz. Die Zimmertür des Zimmers hatte eine Furche, bei der das deutlich zu erkennen war. Die Zimmermöbel in dem Zimmer, das ich hatte, waren in einem fürchterlichen Zustand. Das Licht war ziemlich schummrig. Im Treppenhaus habe ich eine Steckdose gesehen, welche nicht fachgerecht installiert war. Da würde jeder Elektriker in Deutschland die Hände über dem Kopf zusammenschlagen. Der Lift hält genau zwischen den Stockwerken, sodass man seinen Koffer das letzte Stück eine Treppe hochtragen muss.
Frühstück gibt es erst ab 07:30 Uhr, am Wochenende gar erst ab 08:00 Uhr. Zum Frühstück gab es weder Baguette, noch richtiges Brot. Es gab nur billiges Toastbrot. Die 15 € für das Frühstück in diesem Hotel sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Zum Glück hatte ich dieses Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht.

Bonne expérience
Pros:

La localisation près de la gare est super, la chambre était propre et le personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif étant l’isolation des chambres, on entendait tout dès que quelqu’un était dans le hall.
