Overall great place, but we atrived in halloween and they had a chaos. 2 hrs to check in, never happened in my life. Breakfast is fantastic

Jacuzzi et piscine intérieur froide
On nous demande des bonnet de piscine pour la piscine intérieure pour la propreté mais des personne ce baigne en habil intégral pas forcément de piscine….
Isolation couloir horrible nous entendions tout les pleur et les crie et les parole des gens dans le couloir comme si il était dans notre chambre.
Le bruit vraiment important dans les espaces communs

Nous sommes allés 5 fois à l’accueil pour notre frigo.
Ils ne sont jamais venus.
Le frigo n’a pas fonctionné des 10 jours. Nous étions punis.
Pas de boissons fraîches, tant pis pour nous.
Pareil pour la douche, fallait pas être pressés. L’eau coulait au strict minimum, on a limité les shampoings…

La ubicación para mí perfecta. El desayuno bien
L'hôtel est situé près du bord de mer, le personnel à l'accueil est très à l'écoute et agréable. Le petit déjeuner et dîner proposent suffisamment de choix pour trouver son bonheur et le service est rapide et efficace. La piscine est grande, surveillée, les transats très nombreux et un serveur passe régulièrement prendre les commandes pour vous servir. Un planning propose de nombreuses activités tout au long de la journée et toute la semaine. Des soirées sont organisées. Un superbe séjour, je recommande.
Petit bémol, la salle de restaurant étant très grande, elle est plutôt bruyante, les ascenseurs sont plutôt lents, la tuyauterie est un peu bruyante, et pour ceux qui souhaitent être au calme tôt, la musique du bal du samedi soir s'arrête à minuit.

I liked that they had balcony, good breakfast and dinner, arcades was good (little bit expensive though). Location was fantastic- close to train and the beach.
We had to pay for water- that was ridiculous to us. There were no towels at the swimming pool as we are used to in different hotels. We had to keep calling about towels. Wish there was a slide or 2 for kids into pool. The water zumba class was quite boring, i wish it was more energentic.
