Ao chegar ao local, o recepcionista perguntou se eu tinha recebido um link pois, sem ele, eu não poderia fazer o cadastramento por biometria para acesso ao prédio. Não recebi. Recebi apenas a senha da fechadura eletrônica.

Não tinha luz no banheiro e nem cobertor. Mandei várias mensagens ao proprietário e ele sequer se deu ao trabalho de responder. Telefonei e ele não atendeu. Como estava muito frio e eu não tinha onde comprar um cobertor após 10 da noite, verifiquei se seria possível usar o tapetinho para me cobrir, mas ele estava muito empoeirado, assim como o chão sob o tapete. Acabei me cobrindo com toalhas que encontrei num dos armários. Não recebi informação sobre a senha de wifi.

Hospedei-me no hotel de sexta-feira para sábado, chegando na sexta-feira no período da tarde para participar do aniversário de uma amiga. Naquela noite, fui ao evento no The History.

Antes de sair, experimentei um tamanco preto da marca Schutz, mas acabei optando por usar um tênis.

Na manhã de sábado, quando me preparava para deixar o hotel, percebi que o tamanco havia desaparecido do quarto. Não consigo afirmar se ele sumiu durante a noite, enquanto eu estava no evento, ou pela manhã, quando saímos para tomar café. O fato é que o tamanco permaneceu no quarto e, posteriormente, não foi mais encontrado.

Assim que percebi o desaparecimento, entrei em contato com a gerência do hotel. Fui informada de que uma verificação interna havia sido realizada, porém o objeto não foi localizado e me disseram que não havia mais nenhuma providência que pudesse ser tomada.

Diante dessa situação, estou registrando esta reclamação para solicitar o apoio de vocês na mediação do caso, pois o objeto desapareceu durante a minha hospedagem e, até o momento, não obtive uma solução satisfatória.

Eu comprei três refeições no restaurante e solicitei talher e me negaram achei isso terrível e de muito mal educado.
Tive que comer com uma colher de plástico que fui comprar fora do hotel.
A comida ficou fria e ruim.
Funcionário que me atendeu muito mal educado e sem nenhuma habilidade para resolver um pequeno problema para ele e um grande problema para minha família
