Não gostei de nada. Cancelaram minha estadia na véspera, depois que fiz o pagamento. Até agora nao tive notícias do cancelamento do cartão ou devolução dos valores.
Também não acho um caminho para reclamar com Booking .

Check in um pouco demorado. Pois cada unidade é administrada separadamente do flat. Mas deu tudo certo.

Apartamento excelente!
Pros:

Excelente localização. Anfitrião extremamente atencioso. Apartamento limpo e organizado, com frigobar e microondas inclusive. Não ao tive nenhum problema com a hospedagem e pretendo voltar outras vezes. Recomendo!

Atenção: NÃO TEM WI FI!

Quarto padrão do hotel, amplo, confortável, iluminado. Pude deixar a mala guardada na recepção enquanto não entrava, sem custo!

Cons:

Não ter wi fi é o fim... Eu sei que constava do anúncio, mas sinceramente nem reparei. Ter wi fi é tãããããããão básico que ninguém procura isso. Aco que uma informação relevante dessas precisa ser destacada. Me atrapalhou demais. Travesseiros tb muito ruins, fiquei com dor no pescoço.

We enjoyed our stay at the Transamerica Prime. The room was nicely furnished, but a bit dark with only dim lights near the bed. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast had many options and good coffee, and was served in a nice well-lot dining area. Our only complaint was that the water in the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly when we first arrived, and even though we asked for someone to fix it, it remained that way for the duration of the stay. The staff was nice. It’s well-located to good restaurants, museums, shopping, and coffe places. We would stay here again!
