a localização é otima, porem os quartos estao cheirando mofo precisando ser renovados! A cama é otima, lençóis novos, toalhas novas, mas achei que o quarto estaria em melhores condições!

Uma decepção… Pessimo

Não gostei de nada, pois nao pude me hospedar… o imóvel não foi preparado para minha hospedagem. Sujo, bagunçado, uma decepção….

Cons:

Quando cheguei fiquei quase 50 min aguardando a recepção do hotel conseguir contatar o anfitrião para liberar o código de hospedagem. Se não bastasse isso já quase 20h da noite quando cheguei no quarto o mesmo se encontrava desarrumado, com sinais de uso inclusive com roupas de cama e banho jogados em uma mesinha … um nojo. Fiquei completamente chateada e além disso por ser aluguel fora dos trâmites do hotel, o mesmo não se responsabiliza pelo quarto (não poderiam pedir uma camareira para limpar) pois foi locado pelo Booking… não conseguíamos falar com o proprietário e nem o hotel resolvia. Resumo após mais de 2h aguardando uma solução o anfitrião enviou 2 pessoas(um casal) não identificados para apenas colocar um lençol na cama e o jogo de toalhas… não limparam o quarto!!!! Um absurdoooooooi. Chorei de raiva… peguei minhas coisas e quase as 22h sai pela rua sozinha com mala e um computador na mão (correndo risco de assalto) a procura de um outro hotel próximo de onde estava. E ainda se não bastasse o anfitrião que ficou de me devolver todo o dinheiro pago está me enrolando para me devolver os valores a quase 1 mês. Aguardei até hoje com paciência… e espero que realmente cumpra a palavra pois segundo ele são pessoas honestas…. Aguardo retorno dos meus direitos com urgência.
