A localização é, sem dúvida, o principal ponto positivo deste hotel. No entanto, minha experiência durante a estadia ficou consideravelmente abaixo das minhas expectativas.

O atendimento foi um dos aspectos mais decepcionantes. De modo geral, percebi uma postura pouco acolhedora por parte da equipe, com funcionários pouco cordiais e, em alguns momentos, aparentando pouca disposição para atender os hóspedes. A única exceção foi a Sabrina, que se destacou pela gentileza, educação e atenção, e merece meu reconhecimento.

Outro ponto que precisa ser revisto é o Wi-Fi, que apresentou uma conexão extremamente instável e de baixa qualidade, dificultando inclusive atividades básicas que dependiam de internet.

Apesar da excelente localização, os pontos negativos acabaram se sobressaindo. Considerando o conjunto da experiência, infelizmente, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel e procuraria outra opção em uma próxima estadia.
