Overpriced for what it offers
Pros:

Location is ok, close to conveniences, shopping street and subway station. Still very far from Paulista Ave, 20 minutes walking up hill.

Cons:

The room is absurdly hot. No air circulation and just a weak AC on the bedroom, living room area was unbearable.

Pros:

Location , room and staff . The area of Jardins is awesome with great restaurantes and shopping.

Cons:

I didn’t like the change in price . My rate was one price and when they charged me on my debit card there was an increase of 12% because the CC machine .

Não tem ar condicionado na sala do apartamento hotel. Existe uma grelha aberta na mini cozinha e o motor do ar condicionado está DENTRO da sala. SURREAL e insalubre.
