Hotel muito confortável, com excelente custo benefício e localização excepcional, facilitando muito os deslocamentos e passeios.
Quero destacar especialmente o atendimento dos funcionários, sempre educados e atenciosos. Em especial, a recepcionista Maria, extremamente simpática, gentil e muito solícita para atender aos pedidos dos hóspedes, fazendo toda a diferença na experiência da estadia.
Uma hospedagem muito agradável, certamente voltaria.

Needed amenities but what we wanted and a lot more than the other 4 star hotel we had just left / booked out of in São Paulo. Slightly dated but clean, great staff and all you need.
