Pros:

Excelente localização, com espaco excelente, com facilidades como pequena cozinha e mini mercado na portaria. Vale muito a pena. A unuca critica é o chuveiro que merece uma manutenção.

Pros:

Apartameto extremamente velho, moveis velhos, cheiro de velho, roupa de cama velha, tomadas eletricas velhas fora do padrão atual, televisão não estava funcionando, controle remoto sem pilha (avisei ao Gilmar porteiro que nada fez). Muitoooo Ruim!

The apt was very old. The air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom was very small and the bathtub very high to get in for my mother who is 84.

Noisy and don’t offer breakfast
Pros:

I booked as if there was a breakfast included in the price and them I received a message from the hotel informing that they dont have a kitchen anymore so there was no breakfast.
Hotel is very simple, furniture is old, airconditioner was old and was not working and the hotel was very noisy. I could hear airplane flying by every 10 minutes and also I could hear the noise coming from the bars on the street.
Staff from reception was very nice and pleasant. I asked for a quieter room and with a airconditioner that was working and he promptly changed my room.

Ótima localização e facilidades, mas apto antigo
Pros:

Ótima localização e facilidades no flat (mercado no térreo, academia, sauna, estacionamento, cozinha no apartamento…). O atendimento na recepção também foi impecável!
Só achei o apartamento um pouco antigo e o banheiro com muitas marcas de uso e de umidade.
