According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Outsourced restaurant - for external food consumption, the supply of utensils (glasses, cutlery and others) will have separate costs. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s very close to Congonhas airport, perfect if you need to take an early flight the following day.
We only spent the night so had no chance to check anything else out!

Funcionários muito educados, hotel bem localizado.
Ficamos num quarto em que a TV e tomadas boa parte do tempo nao funcionavam. Como fixamos a maior parte do tempo fora do hotel, isso nao chegou a ser um problema.
Localização excelente, em especial quem precisa se deslocar para o aerporto de Congonhas e o horário do café (5h as 10h).
Solicitamos o berço, no qual o anúncio não dizia ser pago, inicialmente recebi a seguinte mensagem:
"Temos o prazer de informar que o alojamento confirmou que poderá satisfazer o seu pedido. Este pedido não terá qualquer custo adicional."
Mas no dia seguinte recebemos a seguinte mensagem:
"Bom dia, Ricardo. Como vai? Contamos com o serviço de locação de berço pelo valor de R$ 63,00 por diária. Gostaria de contratar esse serviço? Em caso de dúvidas, estamos à disposição."
Por fim deixei para resolver o problema no local, mas lá no hotel já não era possível solicitar o berço, nem mesmo efetuando o pagamento.
