According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Outsourced restaurant - for external food consumption, the supply of utensils (glasses, cutlery and others) will have separate costs. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hotel com acomodações simples, mas estratégico a quem busca localização privilegiada: está muito próximo ao Aeroporto de Congonhas. Disponibiliza bom café da manhã, desde às 5h00 durante a semana, permitindo desjejum pré-decolagens.

Cons:

Não há acessibilidade para chegar com malas à recepção, exigindo que você erga as bagagens na entrada / saída do hotel. Possui espaço fitness, porém com poucas opções para musculação e somente duas esteiras, sendo que uma delas precisa de urgente manutenção para viabilizar corridas. Cofre do quarto não funcionou durante a minha estadia.
