Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodations for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Cons:

Apenas para vocês terem ciência, o estacionamento conveniado ainda não resolveu meu problema.

Pelo contrário, estão agindo de má fé e se quer respondem.

Bom dia prezados.

A unica coisa que pedi foi que acionassem o seguro. Seria uma solução simples e barata pra vocês.

Até o momento nao obtive retorno.

Caso queiram acionar o seguro para me restituir do prejuízo do vidro, estou a disposição até 05/04.

A partir daí se ninguém me contactar passarei o caso pro meu advogado. Vai ficar muito mais caro que o vidro.

Hospedagem ótima em Higienópolis
Pros:

Gostei muito da localização, da segurança, da limpeza, cordialidade e presteza dos assistentes, box do banheiro amplo, garagem muito boa; tudo bem funcionando.
Gostamos também da vista da sacada do quarto..
