According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nosso quarto não foi arrumado e limpo nenhuma vez durante a estadia. Apenas no primeiro dia o banheiro foi limpo, no segundo dia solicitamos o desenvolvimento do banheiro e este foi realizado, mas não foi higienizado

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, sem muita variedades, suco de laranja com gosto de estragado. Pedi para arrumarem o quarto quando sai para almoçar, voltei depois de 2 horas e nada.

Pros:

Quarto reformado muito confortável, gostei muito de ter varanda (mesmo que bem pequena rsrs) ao invés de apenas janela, além de permitir melhor iluminação e ventilação natural, no meu caso que preciso trabalhar do quarto e não sou muito fã de ar condicionado, foi um diferencial ter a vista extra, que torna a estadia mais agradável.
Café da manhã variado, de acordo com o que se espera do padrão continental.

Cons:

Senti falta de uma cafeteira no quarto.
E a área da academia poderia ser maior, creio que seja mais útil ter esse espaço extra para atividade física do que aquela área da piscina, que não me pareceu muito atrativa e utilizada.
