When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Confortável e limpo, tudo perfeito.
Pros:

No almoço, que estava espetacular, a sobremesa que era tipo um chico balanceado estava tão boa que me servi duas vezes.
No café o pão francês estava sensacional e havia iogurte natural, frutas, ovos mexidos e queijo branco, tudo que eu gosto num café da manhã.

Cons:

Achei tudo muito bom, apenas um detalhe, que podia deixar ainda melhor o café da manhã: uma máquina de passar café na hora e o leite mais quente.

Acabou a água, não limpam o quarto direito e a recepção e a turma do achados e perdidos é MUITO MAL EDUCADA!
No check-out eu esqueci meu carregador no hotel, liguei no dia seguinte avisando, eles me informaram que acharam. Pedi para guardarem para eu mandar buscar a próxima ves que estivesse em SP. Voltei em Maio., liguei pedindo e foi ai que a recepção e achados foram bem mal educados. Tive que add uma senhora no WhatsApp e ela me mandou uma foto de um carregador "achado" que não era meu. Era uma foto de um branco velho que parecia de iphone. Meu era preto, novo e samsung. Não me deram resolução ainda, ao contrário, estão insistindo que esse é meu carregador!
