A truly excellent hotel with clean modern rooms, a spectacular breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff!!

Six of us spent one night here recently, in 3 rooms, and we all agreed this hotel is excellent in every way possible. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable; the breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent; and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!! We recommend this hotel very highly!!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ruhig und gross. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Die Bikes konnten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen.

In die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit Lärmbelastung
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, vielfältig und lecker. Das Bad war auf neuestem Standard.

Cons:

Man kassiert VOR dem Aufenthalt, was einen komischen Eindruck hinterlässt. Insgesamt ist das Haus überteuert. Es gibt kein Restaurant. Das Haus liegt an der wohl verkehrsreichsten Kreuzung Kochels mit entsprechender Lärmbelastung. Für den Parkplatz am Straßenrand berechnet man EUR 7 pro Nacht.

Gutes Hotel am Ort mit komfortablen Zimmern und sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Zimmer abseitig der Straße sind sehr ruhig und haben einen schönen Ausblick über die Felder und Wiesen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Das Bad ist relativ neu hochwertig renoviert worden, mit Regendusche und Brause.
Der Frühstücksraum liegt im 1. Stock und hat eine große Terrasse zur Straßenseite. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und hochwertig. Die Eier sind besonders gut gekocht. Die Brot- und Brötchenauswahl sehr gut.
Abends hat das Restaurant. nicht geöffnet. Hier bieten sich im nahen Umkreis einige Restaurants an. Relativ neu ist ein Inder in 500 m Entfernung der sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Parkplätze am Hotel sind genügend vorhanden und kostenfrei.
Zum Franz Marc Museum wie auch zur Kristaltherme ist alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Für die Gästekarte bedarf es eines Downloads einer App und dann eines Codes, was etwas umständlich ist um die Gästekarte zu erhalten.

Viel zu teuer für die Lage
Pros:

Personal nett und freundlich

Cons:

Lage( sehr laut) , alt (Ausstattung aus den 80ern), muffig. Preis / Leistung ist ein Witz. Warten bis renoviert wurde und die Preise wieder auf realistischem Niveau sind.
