Hotel Suites Guayaquil

It's a unique property, in the mid of historic old part of Quito. Like the vibe of the old city around the place. Nice layout and upper level dining area has a beautiful view of the city and the landmark Angel, thus the name of the business.

The staff went out of there way to accommodate me:) When I arrived, it was late in the evening and I was very tired & hungry but didn’t want to walk the streets at night! So the manager asked me what I liked! I told him Asian. Within 25 minutes Asian order-in arrived and the manager delivered me the meal at a very reasonable price! I was delighted:) In the morning, I asked if continental breakfast was included and it was not. However, the staff went out of their way and offered me a very nice breakfast for a super reasonable fee. They were kind and very helpful! When I come to Guayaquil, IM certainly staying at the Hotel Suites again!

Old and contaminated

El personal de la propiedad muy atento, antes de llegar se comunicaron conmigo y me contestaron todas mis preguntas. Tanto la Sra. Yolanda como el chico de la recepción. Parking dentro de la propiedad, servicio de laundry. El desayuno caliente. El check in rápido, aire acondicionado y la cama muy cómoda. Lo recomiendo.

I reserved with Hoteles Guayaquil Suites. Expedia gave me a itinerary number but I got no confirmation number from the hotel. Weeks before my arrival I contacted the hotel to asked some questions and Yolanda kindly answered them. On the arrival day, I went to the hotel address but they did not have my reservation. I contacted Yolanda using WhatsApp and she told me that the address was wrong on Expedia. 30 minutes later, she came to pick me up and brought me to another close by hotel that had my reservation: Air Suites. The hotel was just ok, room was small and clean but corridor and neighborhood was very noisy.
This was a confusing experience but Yolanda made it better.

My sister is unable to climb stairs. They gave us a room on the ground floor. The room and beds were good. They set up transportation to the airport for us.

Overall it was a good stay.

Es un lugar ideal para hospedarte si estás de tránsito, es un hotel sencillo pero mantiene estándares de limpieza y atención.

Me gusto que el lugar esta limpio, buena ubicacion, cerca del aeropuerto.

No me gusto que fui al counter en la noche a solicitar una frisa extra y el caballero que me atendio me dijo que bajara el aire, le dije que esa era un opcion pero no podia, me indico que el Hotel estaba lleno y que no tenian mas frisas. Me parecio una excusa.

Well, first of all, without warning, we were told on our day of arrival that the hotel is actually close for “ maintenance “ which meant alternative hotels were options but their addresses were not findable or the quality below acceptable. We ended up kissing off the entire cost & reservation and stay at The Holiday Inn , which was great. Hotels.com offered no help so in the future just book at a Holiday Inn.

The staff was amazing and dry helpful.
Slightly hard to find but well worth it once we did.

Room #2 was gigantic, clean, and air conditioning worked great.

Muy agradable lugar, la atención del personal excelente y muy amables. Ubicado a pocos minutos del aeropuerto.

Limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Ubicación conveniente, cerca del aeropuerto.
Buen desayuno incluído en la tarifa.
Excelente servicio y actitud de la persona en recepción, presta a resolver dudas y ayudar.
La comunicación por WhatsApp puede mejorarse, ya que varias personas manejan distintos números y no parecen muy coordinadas.
Definitivamente volveré.

Es nuevo y limpio, lo que no me gusto es que, al llegar no podia cancelar con tarjeta de credito, pues no tenían datafast; ademas los baños no contaban con mas toallas o papel higiénico.

Lo bueno es que esta cerca del aeropuerto y Centro comercial.
Lo que no me gustó es que El minibar no tiene nada para consumiry el transfer Al aeropuerto te lo cobran aunque diga free, por lo demas es seguro y tranquilo

Cuando llegue al hotel, el “señor” que estaba en la recepción me indicó que el hotel estaba lleno, y que ya llamaba un taxi para que me lleven a una hostal!! Que la reservación no la había visto !! Que clase de hotelucho este.

No hay señalización y no aceptaban tarjeta de crédito
