A localização do hotel é excelente. Me pareceu uma região relativamente segura considerando a atual realidade do país. Os funcionários de todas as áreas são muito atenciosos e cordiais.

Cons:

O hotel não é novo. A alta gestão poderia revitalizar móveis, banheiros, camas. As toalhas tem marcado uma data de aquisição da peça que mostra o ano de 2015. O quarto tem muito ácaro, atacou a renite imediatamente. São ajustes que dependem da alta gestão. O hotel é bom mas não sei se ficaria novamente. Para o transamerica chácara Santo Antônio 7 de 10.

Equipe educada e prestativa. Localização muito boa para quem tem eventos e compromissos perto do shopping Morumbi.
Hotel é antigo, banheiro bem pequeno, mas tudo estava limpo. Atendeu pra uma estadia rápida.
