لا افكر بتكرار الزيارة و هو على هذا الحال .

مكان جيد بشكل عام
الاكل عندهم مرة رهيب و سعره حلو

1- الخصوصية صفر .. اسمع أصوات الغرف المجاورة
تخيلوا غرفة النوم الرئيسية الي بالشقة جنب غرفة نوم رئيسية في شقة مجاورة ..و اصواتهم تسمع عندنا 😅

2- ريحة الاكل في اللوبي .. مرة سيئة

3- المواقف ضيقة و أنا عندي سيارة حجم كبير و إذا اخذت موقفين .. يجونك يحطون ورقة تنبيه .. غير كذا ريحة الممر المؤدي من المواقف إلى المصاعد سيئة.

4- لا يوجد مكان مخصص حق لعب الأطفال داخل الفندق

Pros:

Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient and the reception staff were welcoming and professional.
I had one incident during breakfast due to a misunderstanding with the breakfast manager but the hotel handled it very well. They apologized sincerely and even the duty manager a European lady came personally to apologize with a truly professional and caring attitude.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent and all the staff interacted with guests in an exceptionally friendly and professional manner.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Cons:

There is no ventilation in the bathrooms and cooking smells can be noticed in the corridors and even at the hotel reception area.
