Pros:

Lokacija savršena. Soba je nepriajtno mirisala na cigarete i buka od klima uredjaja je bila velika. Restoran je jako prljav. Hrana je bila dobra.

Decent place. Good value for money. Has got a good breakfast spread

The location was the main selling point. It’s right in the middle of the taksim square so the metro is right infront

Cleanliness. Daily rooms service lady was there but the property was old. Not very clean

Fantastisk hotel, med uprofessionelt personale
Pros:

Morgenmaden var bedre end forventet, med et meget bredt og lækkert udvalg. Hotelværelset var perfekt, intet negativt at pege på. Rengøringen var super og det samme gælder sengene og hotellets beliggenhed. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage pga. af dette men ikke pga. personalet

Cons:

Personlet manglede i den grad at lære om kundeservice. De virkede som om de var trætte af at få gæster, og engelsk var en by i Rusland. Helt umuligt at få svar på stillede spørgsmål pga. sprogvanskeligheder. "Bahşiş" der imod kunne de godt få os til at forstå. Vi giver altid drikkepenge, men vil gerne selv bestemme hvornår. Da vi rejste hjem, (kl. 5.30) om morgenen, var vi blevet lovet en sandwich til hjemrejsen, men det var andre på job, som ikke mente det var en mulighed. Meget dårligt personale

It was central to all attractions

Cons:

The hotel was very unclean. I had to complain about the unclean room when I arrived we were moved to another room the next day but just constant basic cleaning of the floors and showers would make a difference.
