This was an extremely disappointing experience for our family. The air conditioning did not work at all during our entire two-night stay. We had to sleep in the heat, and our children were seriously disturbed and could not sleep comfortably.
We repeatedly contacted the staff, but they were extremely rude, dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. Their attitude was basically, “What can we do? It’s not our fault. We are not the owners.” It felt like their attitude was simply: “Stay if you want, otherwise leave.”
The same rude and unhelpful attitude was shown when we requested basic things. We called several times for an iron, but it was not delivered in a reasonable time.
We also saw other guests complaining about different problems, so this did not appear to be an isolated issue. Overall, the staff behaviour and service were completely unacceptable.

Dear Taksim Hill Hotel Management and Booking.com Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my stay at Taksim Hill Hotel in Istanbul.
During my stay, the air conditioning has not been working throughout the entire hotel. This issue affects all rooms, making the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the summer.
I brought this matter to the attention of the hotel staff several times, but their response was simply that they could not do anything about it. They did not offer any solution, an alternative room, or any effort to resolve the issue. I found the attitude of the staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional.
I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay with the amenities that were advertised, including functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, the current conditions do not match what was promised.
I kindly request that Booking.com investigate this matter and assist in finding a fair resolution. I also ask the hotel management to address this issue immediately and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Not air-conditioning was working only last night it was working. Mostly we spent our time on roads. The lift was only 1 working.

I didn't like the man asking for a bigger tip than i gave him the asking me for a tip for his son this turn me off from the very beginning the rooms are way outdated and barely felt the air-conditioning

They are thieves! I booked a room for myself, my wife, and my children, and I paid for a suite. They gave me a small room. I left that room, paid for, and went to the CVK Bosphorus Park Hotel. It was great!
