Amazing Awesome
Pros:

I have stay at this location and property in the past and recently it is a well managed property with a amazing beautiful staff the rooms are always cleaned daily and the staff is amazing very friendly and willing to assist the customers needs if you every in this area to visit I think you stay and visit this property it is a 10 star hotel

Unaware upstairs adults only pool needed reservations for certain areas…. Unsuccessfully tried for other days…no go..wth….Downstair pool was closed aday during my stay due to company party.. was not informed this was a happening … was on a day that was actually on an added day to my original plans…a couple day for the reason to enjoy your place and i was not informed of this bummer when I was getting the extra days on site…not thru vender/which a vender may not have known but i went direct.. then to add insult to injury the upstairs pool.. I couldn’t get reservation for was not adult only that day… the upstairs pool was mobbed and with a bunch of kids also…. Other than that the place was great.. but the pools were pretty much the main reasons i chose your place..

A good value and comfortable stay if you're visiting Punta Gorda.
Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Despite the noise from nearby I-75, the sound insulation was very good. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could have offered more choices. Also, the hotel needs to provide non-slip mats for the shower.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was nice

Cons:

The beds were terrible nothing but Springs I don't even know if you call them mattresses I would just call them box springs I still have the imprint on my side 3 days later
