Mala experiencia con el personal de recepcion, nada empaticos y mucho menos serios y profesionales, se les mostro el crreo de resrva y argumentan que eso no les sirve que ellos no lo tienen en sistema, fue todo un reto lograr se respetaran lo que en la pagina de Expedia se anunciaba.

De entrada, la atención en recepción fue mala, ni siquiera saludan y no encontraban la reservación, el hotel no tiene elevador, la habitación muy sucia, en especial el baño, ni siquiera tenía tapa el inodoro, la sábana estaba rota, faltaba mobiliario en la habitación, muy simple, no tenía amenidades (crema, cafetera, etc.) ni siquiera había toalla para secarse las manos, en general pésimo para el precio.

El hotel está en reparación. No hay elevador para subir a los pisos o no se nos indicó sobre la posibilidad de ello, no nos dieron control de la televisión. No nos proporcionaron clave de internet tal vez porque No hay red de internet disponible en la habitación. No hay toalla de manos para lavarnos las manos, solo las toallas para bañarse.

Es limpio y el personal amable, en mi caso el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien y no lo reporte pero vuelvo a lo mismo, obtienes lo que pagas
