A comfortable rest stop on a road trip.
Pros:

24hr concierge for late check in, and a very comfortable sleep with 4 different firmness of pillows to choose from.

Cons:

The room was a little musty but not bad. The room was stocked with decaf coffee but it was easy enough to get regular coffee from the concierge.

We will not come back anymore.
Pros:

1. The room smells very bad and maybe because of the carpet 😭
2. Someone knocks in our room to check if we are still inside because the check-out is at 11 in the morning. She knocks around 8:07 in the morning. It’s not acceptable at all.
3. No ketchup for eggs.
4. The butter box in the breakfast area was so dirty.
5. Bed is so old.
6. Pillow needs to be replaced.
7. Carpet is dirty and sandy at the hallway esp for stairs. Too obvious that it never clean for a long long time.

It was a dump. I took photos. They refunded me half the room rate.
Pros:

Breakfast was a microwave one. All food was either frozen or refrigerated.

Cons:

The room was rundown. There was dirt behind the table between the beds. There were marks on the back of the door. The heater cover was off in the bathroom and soap dish. See room 101.

Staff was friendly and accomodating

Cons:

Front doors of hotel have to be locked as the town itself is a scary place! But the fact that the hotel locks the doors for the guest, as well as their own safety, is comforting.

Book the motel side not hotel side
Pros:

Room was decent and comfortable I was I was on the motel side

Cons:

Old and hotel part was not good son stayed in hotel part locks broke off and shower was not working properly chair was stained

Upon checking in front desk clerk was most understanding. Provided us with the alternative to have a

booking in with the front desk. Location. Included Breakfast.

Cons:

No facial tissues. Replying to the text asking if they could help or? No response. Carpet tight to base boards had dust/dirt. Toilet was very low. Toilet seat was loose. Pillows were high.
