Excellent location but expensive
Pros:

Fantastic location for day trips or taking the bus/ train to other parts of town. Several convenience stores very close by and a few authentic local restaurants just out the door as well. Coin laundry on site a bonus. The bar serves really yummy my cocktails. The hotel calls a taxi very swiftly.

Cons:

Having stayed at better hotels in Japan for a lower price, the high price isn’t quite justified for what it offers. Housekeeping on many of our 8 nights stay forgot something some amenity or the other , including vacuuming a visibly dirty floor, on pointing out to reception it was done as requested.

Value stay, close to the station, but you get what you pay for (and reception staff isn’t friendly or polite)!
Pros:

Great location, short walk from Hakata station. Property was very clean.

Cons:

Room was tiny (even by Japan standards). The bathroom had almost as much floor area as the living space (for triple occupancy).

Staff at reception weren’t polite. We only stayed one night, but on the day of checkout, we had left bags at the hotel to be collected in the evening. We returned with around 30 mins to spare and asked the staff if we could sit somewhere to have a snack, to which we were told no. I was travelling with elderly parents and we were told to wait in the reception area (with just two chairs). We had got two small cups of ice cream to have as a snack discretely/ quietly, which the staff didn’t like and rudely told us to not eat there, having to walk outside and eat outdoors before coming back in. Staff at reception was a man called Akiyoshi (or some similar name).

Even on checkin day, there was a group ahead of us but the second receptionist didn’t even acknowledge us for 5 minutes, pretending to be busy with some admin work when she could have been courteous to check us in.

Breakfast also had virtually no vegetarian options, which again was not a problem for us in all other hotels we stayed in across Japan. Disappointing day all round…

Pros:

The hotel is within very easy walking distance to Hakata Station. We received drink vouchers for a drink each afternoon in the Bar, which was a nice treat.

Pros:

ロケーションも良く部屋は清潔ですので、快適に過ごせました。お部屋の空調も調整しやすくバスルームも清潔感がありアメニティーも充実してました。駅まで歩けばレストランも沢山あるので、食事における不自由は全く感じませんでした。
博多駅から観光地にも行けるので、長期で滞在するのにもとても良いと思いました。

Cons:

部屋は広かったのですが、二人で泊る部屋にベッドが３つあったので、６泊分の荷物を置く場所にちょっと苦労しました。３人でお泊りの方には、この点がアドバンテージにはなると思いますが、ゆっくりと椅子に座ってコーヒーを楽しむレイアウトではなかったです。コーヒーテーブル等も無理やり置いてある感じでしたので、せっかくの広い部屋が残念な事になってました。

とても快適でした
Pros:

スタッフの方が、どなたも丁寧で感じがよかった。電話の対応も丁寧だった。
部屋をグレードアップしてもらえていて、静かで、とても快適に過ごせ、ぐっすり眠れた。朝食も種類が多く、テイクアウト用のカップもあり、好きな紅茶を部屋に持ち込み、ゆっくり過ごせた。

Cons:

使用に差し支えなかったが、シーツが一部破れていた。
ワンピースタイプのパジャマが２つあり、一方がきれいに畳んであるものの、誰か着用した？と思うくらいヨレヨレだった。もう一方はちゃんとハリがあった。
ベッド横の机の下に、持ち込んだ覚えのない爪楊枝が落ちていた。ティッシュでつまんで拾うと、髪の毛の塊が一緒についてきた。

都心で快適に過ごせるホテル
Pros:

３人で泊まりましたが、それぞれのベッドで眠れて快適でした。室内は清潔で、朝ごはんが美味しかった！ヘアアイロンをお借りできたり、荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。
