It was beautiful, clean an plenty of nice ppl
I didn't like that there wasn't any microwave with the restaurant closed am the office closes at 5
We have stayed here one night and we have been so happy with los arboles !
We arrived late evening and we had no issue to check it even though reception was closed at that time
The whole place is kept in Mexican style: super cute and cosy felt really authentic.
Room was very very clean, nicely decorated. All the amenities in the room felt new! Bathroom was very big with all the toiletries included, hair dryer as well
Fridge in the room and possibility to open the window
The pool was clean: one pool was colder and the other warm.
Surrounding is really peaceful and it is a walking distance to coffee shops restaurants
Stuff was so nice, helpful with everything.
After check out we stayed in the pool area cause it was so nice
The only note for light sleepers: road is not so far away so you can hear cars at night. For me it was not a problem
The room was very homey with a cute Spanish style. It looked authentic but was up=to-date. The bed was very comfortable with a nice mattress and sufficient blankets and pillows. Outside the room was outdoor seating and a hammock. The only thing the room could use was an easy chair to watch TV There was a mini fridge as well. The pool and jacuzzi area was very pretty but we didn't have a chance to use it.
We wished we could've gotten a later check out when asked. But I can see that they can't always accommodate those requests.
Location, ambiance, gardens, staff!

This boutique hotel was beautiful, well kept, and perfectly situated around the pool. It was super quiet, so definitely not a party place. Good for couples enjoying their quiet time.
I hesitate to say there was anything that we did not like about this hotel. Only problem was office hours close at 5 PM. But the receptionist, during office hours, was exceptional the entire time.
It is a beautiful small boutique hotel with an amazing location off the Main Street in Palm Springs.
Everything was wonderful.
Fantastic place to stay. Location is great for walking to downtown Palm Springs. It’s not easy to find but worth it. It’s right behind the Movie Colony hotel.
Lots of parking and the property and room were sparkling clean
Staff are great and really keep the property maintained. Nice pool area and the room was large and comfortable. Office is open from 9-5 do you need to plan accordingly

It apears that AC was limited to the 74 degrees F setting of the unit, but it was not comfortable for us. when we tried to get the temp down, it shut down. So our sleep was not great on a summer night.

We liked we were able to go in the pool at anytime. It was clean, quiet and peaceful.

No staff around, restaurant closed, nowhere to even buy a water. Some people at the pool showed up with their own music and it was a bit annoying
