It's a great place on a beautiful beach in Alabama!
Pros:

The staff were amazing from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant and the chef as well! They were all very attentive to any questions or needs as we enjoyed talking with all of them. The food was tasty and well prepared. All was great!

It is very nice, clean, and a great location. All rooms face the ocean and have a balcony.

Cons:

If I could change anything, it would be to upgrade the balcony chairs to bar height seating so that you could enjoy sitting on the balcony and see over the railing which currently blocks your view when you sit down. It’s an easy fix and would get a 10 in my ratings then.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand; mit ein paar Schritten ist man am Wasser. Der Sand ist fantastisch: schneeweiß und angenehm weich. Die Betten im Hotel waren außergewöhnlich komfortabel, sowie auch die gesamte Einrichtung. Meinen überdachten Balkon mit Meerblick nutzte ich täglich. Auch wenn der Wind etwas wehte, war ich geschützt. An diesem Hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen; ich habe mich selten irgendwo so wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Plus war für mich: Rauchverbot und Haustierverbot im ganzen Hotel. Der Abschied hat mir etwas weh getan!

Terrible customer service
Pros:

I left about $600 wroth of clothes in my room. I texted with a member of the staff the next day and gave her a detailed list of the items. She got back to me and said that the clothes had been found and assured me that they would keep them safe until I could pick them up. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told that they were no longer there. The person I spoke with was the same person I had texted with. She then told me that they only keep items for a certain period of time and then they get rid of them which was a complete contradiction from what she had told me before in writing. There's no way you can convince me that they just threw the clothes in the garbage. I'm sure someone on the staff is enjoying my wardrobe. You're welcome.
