Pros:

As always this place was amazing. We have stayed multiple places in OB but this place always out shines the competition. Staff is amazing and the place is always spotless.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand; mit ein paar Schritten ist man am Wasser. Der Sand ist fantastisch: schneeweiß und angenehm weich. Die Betten im Hotel waren außergewöhnlich komfortabel, sowie auch die gesamte Einrichtung. Meinen überdachten Balkon mit Meerblick nutzte ich täglich. Auch wenn der Wind etwas wehte, war ich geschützt. An diesem Hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen; ich habe mich selten irgendwo so wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Plus war für mich: Rauchverbot und Haustierverbot im ganzen Hotel. Der Abschied hat mir etwas weh getan!

Terrible customer service
Pros:

I left about $600 wroth of clothes in my room. I texted with a member of the staff the next day and gave her a detailed list of the items. She got back to me and said that the clothes had been found and assured me that they would keep them safe until I could pick them up. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told that they were no longer there. The person I spoke with was the same person I had texted with. She then told me that they only keep items for a certain period of time and then they get rid of them which was a complete contradiction from what she had told me before in writing. There's no way you can convince me that they just threw the clothes in the garbage. I'm sure someone on the staff is enjoying my wardrobe. You're welcome.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Customer service was top notch from the restaurant to the front desk and everyone in between.

There was nothing I didn't like other than paying $5.50 for a pack of gum!

Pros:

Our stay was nice, but for the price paid for the room, it could have been larger.
Loved the glass elevators. Had enough parking spaces. The view from balcony was amazing.

Cons:

Vanity in room very small for 2 people. Should replace old coffee makers with Keurig coffee makers. Room was too small for the price paid. The breakfast was way overpriced and the food wasn't that great. Complimentary bottled water in room was $2.00 per bottle, should have been free to all customers, not just club members.

Amazing beach front views and access!
Pros:

The entire place was clean and kept to the highest standards. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions you may have. After checking in for a two night stay I needed to amend a lot about my reservation because my guest situation changed. The staff made this issue a non issue and quickly resolved everything I was concerned about with no problems.

Honestly I don’t have anything to say here because everything was perfect.

Enjoyed The Beach, Ladies at front desk were nice, but room was not worth the price

For the price of the room, thought it would of been nicer. Living room area and the balcony for penthouse suite was disappointing.

Cons:

When housekeeping came in they took my pillow when they made the bed, didn't realize it until we got home! Also they took the toilet paper that we brought from home? Not sure why they would take that out of the room!!!
