According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID (birth certificate / RG / Passport) with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents, in accordance with the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Article 82 of Law 8.069 / 95).

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Estadia agradável, atendeu às expectativas.
Pros:

O Hotel é muito bom, o quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, é confortável e tem muitas comodidades. No quarto havia cofre, ferro e tábua de passar, microondas, cafeteira elétrica e no térreo há algumas geladeiras com opções de bebidas e congelados. A acomodação nos pareceu muito conveniente e a estadia foi ótima.

O quarto é um pouco antigo, nada intolerável, mas uma modernização seria legal.
